@shopee_my haul. @aikcheong_official in 6 different flavors: Cappuccino, Teh Tarik, Flat White, Long Black, Matcha Latte and Chocolate. I wanted to get from the official page on shopee but they were sold out, restocked it already, maybe gonna make another purchase 🙈

Today tried the cappuccino but opt for only 1 pack of brown sugar. Not bad, good for during rainy season. Though still prefer my coffee ☕ to be more bitter and thicker. Gonna try the other flavors another day.

Dreaming of this creamy cool treat. Been trying out different flavors of @sogurtsg prebiotic yoghurt ice cream and i love the dark chocolate froyo which surprisingly didn’t exhibit much of the tangy flavors—more like a rich, high quality chocolate ice cream.
This was the original flavor which will hit the hearts of any yoghurt purists out there 🙌🏼

錯過既主菜之一,外層睇落非常厚身;
切開裡面係大量免治牛肉同豬肉做內餡,
加埋芝士食落特別香濃惹味。
I would tell you someone if you’re particularly
addicted to cheese, please don’t hesitate to
order “Vincisgrass” which means a home-style
lasagna had multi-layered shape. You could
have a crush on it when you slice off,
there’s had a plently of cheese with minced
beef and pork, completely taste like
so rich and chewy.

▫ 好少機會試到會用上正宗黑米做意大利菜,
對我黎講幾有新鮮感。食落口感梵當煙韌,
仲帶有淡淡既煙燻味,好特別;而且面頭加上
一大隻虎蝦,令成個鮮味更加突出,認真食得過。
I’ve never tried black rice since the color was
too dark and unattractive, but we were not
disappointed that it turned out nutty, roasted
flavor similar to brown rice, it’s extraordinarily
delicious to combine with a whole tiger prawn.
I would love to say that was amazing to
the second course so far!

▫ 由餐廳自家製既甜品,無論賣相都口感都
好似Tiramisu,食落同樣感受到厚厚既奶油,
質感相當濃滑;唯一唔同就係個大廚用左
一隻檸檬酒做底,令整體口感充滿濃厚
檸檬味,酒香十足。
Dessert always make you surprised. And Why?
Mostly time we ordered tiramisu when you
step in the Italian resto. However, it seems
to be different tonight because I tried the
new one called "Limanisu". It’s based on
liqueur “limoncello”, so you will have the
taste like more alcoholic and creamy
inspired by tiramisu.

▫ 其實係一款由三層雪糕圍繞一種意式既
海綿蛋糕,口味由開心果、雲呢拿、朱古力組成。
而賣相睇落好似一個三文治咁,食落雪糕
有少少似gelato;質感幼滑得黎奶味好重,
但同時唔會太甜膩,幾好食。
Three layers was around with Candid orange,
it’s actually three flavors of Ice-cream
which including vanilla, chocolate and pistachio.
The texture was extremely smooth,
not too sweet, little bit taste like gelato
and you won’t stop when you start eating it.

This chocolate treat is filled with air bubbles, giving an interesting fluffy texture. By randomly packing in 3 different flavors of chocolate, we made it look like marbled ice cream. Actually, we thought up this video after seeing how to make a bath bomb, and wondering whether we could do one with chocolate. There should definitely be a bathbomb like this.
*Recipe* (65ml shape, 3 pieces)
1. Cut the chocolate into a heat-resistant container. We used 50g of chocolate, 45g of white chocolate x2 and 47g of strawberry chocolate.
2. Heat in a 600w microwave for 40 seconds each to melt the chocolate. If it doesn't melt, heat it up for an additional 10 seconds, and repeat until it is completely melted.
3. Mix 1ml of baking soda with the same amount of water.
4. Mix 3 into 2 and mix 10 to 15 times. It should look a little deflated and sticky.
5. Heat everything for 30 sec. at 600w in a microwave. Make sure to check that the sides don't start burning.
6. Put everything gently into the mold. Don't force it.
7. Cool everything in the fridge.
8. It's done.
It's a little salty... is baking soda salty?...
ホロホロっとしたおもしろ食感のエアインチョコレート。3つの味のチョコレートをランダムに詰めてマーブルアイスみたいにしてみました。実はバスボムの作り方を見ていてチョコレートでできないかなと思いついた今回の動画。こんなバスボムありそうだよね。
*レシピ*(65mlの型 3個分)
1.耐熱容器にチョコレートを割り入れる。チョコレート 50g、ホワイトチョコレート 45g✕2回、いちごチョコレート 47gを使いました。
2.600wの電子レンジで各40秒加熱しチョコレートを溶かす。溶けないときは10秒ずつ追加加熱して完全に溶かす。
3.重曹 1mlさじ1杯と同量の水を合わせ混ぜる。
4.3を2に入れざっくりと10~15回混ぜる。少しモタっとする程度。
5.600wの電子レンジで30秒加熱する。端が焦げるので様子を見ながら加熱する。
6.型にふんわりと入れる。ギュウギュウと入れない。
7.冷蔵庫で冷やす。
8.でけた。
ちと、しょっぱい。重曹ってしょっぱい?・・・

After watching KawaiiSweetWorld's video https://youtu.be/5Y0aN2Rl83Y , we became interested so we did some research and found that in the US, there are people who eat unbaked cookie dough!
It's apparently so common that Haagen-Dazs sells a flavor called "chocolate chip cookie dough flavor." It's unimaginable to eat unheated flour as is in Japan, I'm going to have an upset stomach, therefore, we heated the flour in the microwave and gave it a try. Of course, you know, they probably don't want to hear that from us Japanese who eat raw eggs. (^_^;)
So, when you think of Mosogourmet, you think of watermelons. We made some watermelon ice cream-like Edible Cookie Dough. By changing the shaved ice syrup, you can enjoy many different flavors. You can even add nuts and crushed cookies. But I think it tastes better if you add chocolate chip cookies.
*Recipe* (serving size: 3 mini cups)
1. Flour. Heat 130g in the microwave to 70-plus degrees Celsius (I heated it at 600 watts for 30 seconds, took it out and mixed it, then reheated for another 30 seconds)
2. Add a little salt, and mix.
3. In another bowl, let 30g of unsalted butter soften.
4. Add 50g of sugar and mix.
5. Add one large tablespoon of milk.
6. Add one large tablespoon of watermelon flavored shaved ice syrup and mix.
7. Add 3 drops of red food coloring and mix.
8. Add #2 to #7 (regretting that I didn't sift this), mix.
9. Add 15g of chocolate chips and mix.
10. Serve in cups.
11. Finito. (When I ate a baked version, We preheated the oven to 180 degrees and baked for 13 minutes.)
アメリカでは、焼かずに、生のままののクッキー生地を好んで食べる人がいることを妄想グルメ、つい最近 知りました。アメリカ人、せっかちなのかしら?と思ったらハーゲンダッツが「チョコレートチップクッキードウ味」なるものを販売しているくらいふつうのことらしい。でも、加熱していない小麦粉をそのまま食べちゃうなんて日本ではちょっときいたことない...お腹壊しちゃうよ...ということで、小麦粉を電子レンジで加熱してから作ってみました。
まあでもあれですね、生たまごを食べる日本人に言われたくないでしょうね(^_^;)
日本人には『食べちゃっても少しなら大丈夫な小麦粉粘土』くらいの感覚でとらえてもらったほうがいいかも。(食べられる粘土 Yummy Doughってありましたよね)
夏休み、子どもたちと作って、アイスやさんごっこやって、遊んだ後は、焼いて食べてください。楽しいです。
ということで妄想グルメといえばスイカ、
スイカアイスクリームみたいなEdible Cookie Dough作りました。かき氷シロップを変えると色んなフレーバーが楽しめます。ナッツや砕いたクッキーを入れてもいい。でも、チョコレートチップは絶対入れたほうがおいしいと妄想グルメは思います。
*レシピ*(ミニカップ3個分)
1.薄力粉 130gを電子レンジで加熱し70度以上にする。(600wの電子レンジに30秒加熱しいったん取出し混ぜ、再度30秒加熱しました)
2.塩 少々を入れ、混ぜる。
3.別のボウルに無塩バター 30gを柔らかくする。
4.砂糖 50gを入れ混ぜる。
5.牛乳 大さじ 1を加え混ぜる。
6.スイカ味のかき氷シロップ 大さじ1を加え混ぜる。
7.赤の食用色素 3滴、加え混ぜる。
8.7に2を加え(フルイながら入れたほうがよかったと後悔)混ぜる。
9.チョコチップ 15gを加え混ぜる。
10.カップに盛り付ける。
11.でけた。(焼いて食べる時は、180度に予熱したオーブンで13分焼きました。)
あ、セミの鳴き声多めにいれておきました。
