RED VALVET
Bahan-bahan:
2 ½ cawan all-purpose flour
1 sk garam
2 sb cocoa powder
1 ⅓ cawan vegetable oil
1 cawan buttermilk - suhu bilik (atau 1sb jus lemon + 1 cawan susu)
2 sb red food colouring
1 sk vanilla extract
2 biji telur gred A - suhu bilik
1 ¼ cawan gula kaster (boleh kurangkan)
1 sk white distilled vinegar
1 sk baking soda
Lapisan Cheese Marble (resepi saya ejas sendiri):
500 g cream cheese (sebab buat dua adunan)
½ cwn icing sugar
2 biji telur
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cara-cara:
Pukul minyak dan gula sehingga sebati dan masukkan telur, pukul lagi sehingga kembang dan ringan selama 2-3 minit.
Satukan dan ayak tepung gandum, serbuk koko dan garam.
Dalam mangkuk lain, satukan buttermilk, pewarna merah dan esen vanila.
Menggunakan kelajuan sederhana, masukkan tepung berselang-seli dengan larutan buttermilk dimulai dan diakhiri dengan tepung (masukkan 1/2 tepung dulu, kemudian semua buttermilk dan seterusnya semua tepung yang masih berbaki).
Dalam satu mangkuk kecil, campurkan cuka dengan baking soda. Campuran akan berbuih atau berbusa. Dengan segera tuang ke dalam adunan dan terus kaup balik.
Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang saiz 8 inci. Saya guna 2 loyang yang sama besar, bahagi adunan kepada 2 bahagian yang sama banyak.
Untuk cheese marble, masukkan cream cheese, gula, telur & vanilla ke dalam mixing bowl. Gaul sebati guna mixer. Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian. Tuangkan atas pan yang telah diisi dengan adunan kek tadi. Saya ratakan adunan cheese dgn masukkan dlm piping beg & ratakan atas adunan kek. Saya simpan sikit adunan kek dlm 1-2 sudu, untuk titikkan atas adunan cheese & gunakan lidi utk lorekkan corak marble.
Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 25-30 minit bergantung pada oven masing².
Setelah masak, biarkan kek sejuk di dalam loyang selama 10 minit. Kemudian keluarkan kek dan sejukkan sepenuhnya di atas redai.

Although there is research being done on how to cultivate Japanese spiny lobster, a successful outcome has not yet been reached, so the only way to get them is from the wild. Because of this, they are quite rare, and also expensive. The Japanese spiny lobster has a hunched back and appears to have a long beard, so it represents perpetual youth and longevity. It is often used in ceremonies and celebrations. Even though it looks cool, only 40% of it can be eaten. It is one of the finest ingredients.
伊勢海老は養殖法が研究されるも、まだ成功していないので天然のものしかいません。その為、希少価値が高く、価格も高くなっています。伊勢海老の姿から腰が曲がり、ヒゲの長い姿が不老長寿を表すとされ、儀式や祝いの場で良く用いられるようになりました。見た目はかっこいいですが、食べられる部分は約4割しかありません。高級食材の一つです。

・ Kyoto-style miso: 200g
・Mirin (sweet rice wine): 50ml
・Cooking sake: 50ml
・Egg yolk: 1
・Distilled white vinegar: 50ml
250 degrees Celsius for six minutes
〜味噌だれ〜
・西京味噌 200g
・みりん 50cc
・料理酒 50cc
・卵黄 1個
・穀物酢 50cc
250度=6分

材料Ingredient
第一步驟 Red Velvet cake:-
2 cups all-purpose flour 麵粉 2杯
1 teaspoon baking soda 小蘇打 1茶匙
1 teaspoon baking powder 泡打粉 1茶匙
1 teaspoon salt 鹽 1茶匙
2 Tablespoons unsweetened, cocoa powder 可可粉 2湯匙
2 cups sugar 糖 2杯
1 cup vegetable oil or canola 蔬菜油 1杯
2 eggs 雞蛋2顆
1 cup buttermilk 白脫牛奶 1杯
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 香草精 2茶匙
Red food coloring, more or less depending on how deep you want the color 紅色素 (依據個人喜好添加)
½ cup plain hot coffee 熱咖啡 半杯
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar 白醋 1茶匙

第二步驟 塑性:
Cream Cheese 奶油起司 (按照個人喜好,影片中放了半條)
Heavy Cream 重奶油 (按照個人喜好,影片中放了大約1/3包)
Sugar 糖 (按個人喜好,影片中加了1湯匙)
第三步驟 造型
White chocolate 白巧克力
Eyeballs candy 眼球糖(baking shop能找到)

5 green onions, white part
2 slices of fresh ginger
Baking soda (about 1 tbsp)
White distilled vinegar (about 1 tbsp)
