การถ่ายทอดสด The Last of Us Part II ใน State of Play จะเป็นการเปิดเผยเกมเพลย์ใหม่ตลอดทั้ง 25 นาที โดยเน้นการนำเสนอโลกภายในเกม, ศัตรูที่ Ellie ต้องปะทะ และฉากเกมการเล่นที่ไม่เคยพบเห็นมาก่อน พร้อมมีผู้กำกับเกม Neil Druckmann มาร่วมพูดคุยในรายการนี้อีกด้วย
