關於 dolphin class ，我們在網路上蒐集到這些相關的討論、資訊與評價

為期兩週的復活節假期終於來到最後一天，在放假之前，我就已經把Q姐開的小說書單都給買起來了！原本想說買了10本可以撐一陣子，結果Q姐居然以1到2天一本的速度把書幾乎看完了！！

之前因為英國封城，學校、圖書館和書店都沒開，所以這半年來我們家光是純文字英文厚小說就入手了60多本， 再加上過去這幾年陸續添購的中文童書應該有近500本、各式英文童書可能有上千本，算了算也是很恐怖的花費啊（空間成本也要算進去）。但想到未來QDD也能看，似乎就划算一點了，再不然就是逼自己也一起看 😂

眼看家裡的書愈買愈多，DDC建議那不然乾脆讓Q姐加入Kindle電子書的行列？ 既節省花費又環保。可是我個人還是比較喜歡紙質書本那種可以翻頁、碰觸的感覺呀，只好再觀察看看了。

有人跟我一樣還是比較喜歡實體的書本嗎？ 或是有電子書愛好者也歡迎分享經驗 📖

The yoga strap is one of the most frequently used props in our Alignment classes. It can be used in different ways to assist us in developing strength, flexibility, body awareness and muscle engagement according to each person’s unique body structure, conditioning on any particular day and level of practice.

Here we show a quick example of how the yoga strap can also be used in strength-based poses such as forearm plank, Pincha Mayurasana and dolphin (shown here) to help keep the elbows hugging inwards instead of splaying out as we build arm and shoulder strength. Eventually, as our strength improves our arms will retain the muscle memory of having the parameter of the strap and keep the elbows squeezing in even without it.

This is just a very brief snapshot of how we use props in our practice. As always, doing is better than showing or telling! Join us for Alignment class and ask our friendly teachers anything, 7 days a week.
