Fortnite คือเกมที่มีการ Crossover กับแฟรนไชส์อื่น ๆ เยอะที่สุดในวงการแล้วก็ว่าได้ ซึ่งก็ดูเหมือนว่า Epic Games จะยังคงเดินหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง เมื่อล่าสุดมีข่าวลือออกมาว่าพวกเขากำลังร่วมงานกับทางค่ายดังอย่าง Shueisha แล้ว

Twea นักเจาะข้อมูลของ Fortnite เผยผ่านทวิตเตอร์ว่าได้รับข้อมูลนี้จาก "แหล่งข่าวน่าเชื่อถือ" ที่ Epic Games กำลังเตรียมการจะทำ Anime Collab ให้กับเกมร่วมกับทาง Shueisha ซึ่งบริษัทนี้ถือเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์มังงะ/อนิเมะดังมากมาย เช่น Kimetsu no Yaiba, Bleach, Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia, Naruto, One Piece เป็นต้น

หากข้อมูลดังกล่าวนี้เป็นความจริง ก็จะนับว่าน่าสนใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ Fortnite จะมีโอกาสได้ก้าวเข้ามาสู่คัลเจอร์ฝั่งอนิเมะญี่ปุ่นมากยิ่งขึ้น และจับกลุ่มผู้เล่นใหม่ ๆ ได้ง่ายขึ้นกว่าเดิมอย่างแน่นอน
