Một trong những kỹ năng mềm quan trọng nhất hiện nay đó là kỹ năng giao tiếp, và sử dụng email cũng là một phần của kỹ năng giao tiếp đó. Tuy nhiên, nhiều bạn trẻ vẫn chưa biết cách sử dụng email để truyền đạt thông tin đúng mực và đúng cách. LOẠI 1: Request for information (liên hệ/hỏi thông tin)

Đây là loại email được sử dụng phổ biến khi nhu cầu tìm kiếm thông tin là không bao giờ thừa. Mình có 2 ví dụ dưới đây để các bạn thấy được những thông tin mình cần đưa vào email này là gì nha:

Ví dụ 1: Khi mình cần viết email cho giáo sư xin cơ hội thực tập ở bậc cử nhân (có thể là trong và ngoài nước)

Subject: Possible undergraduate research oppotunities/ Enquiry for a funded internship in
Dear Professor Professorson (cái này là mình nhớ lại lúc xem Community =)) )
My name is <…> and I am a at . In my introductory and upper-level coursework, I have developed a passion for science. I am extremely interested in pursuing independent research as an undergraduate (Giới thiệu qua về bản thân).

LOẠI 2: Reply to request for information (trả lời email yêu cầu thông tin)
Sẽ khá mất thời gian nếu chúng ta cần gửi email qua lại nhiều lần cho một vấn đề. Do đó, chúng mình cần lưu ý trả lời đúng và đủ những câu hỏi nhận được.

Ví dụ 3: lần này sẽ là câu trả lời từ mình dành cho một ban nhạc gửi ngỏ ý muốn biểu diễn ở trường mình và biết thêm thông tin về lịch diễn.

Thank you Canopus Drums and Tom Lee for always supporting me.

When it comes to the biggest show that I’ve ever played in, 20 concerts in a row at Hong Kong Coliseum with more than 240,000 audiences in total, it has to be Canopus Drums! And because of the content of the show, I’m playing two drum sets in these concerts. I chose the R.F.M. kit for my main set, and the new YAIBA II groove kit for the stage set. They both sound amazing, and the audience can feel that! Once again, many thanks to Canopus Drums and Tom Lee, and I’ve been enjoying the concerts from day 1 when we started sound check!

謝謝 Canopus Drums 以及 通利琴行 一直以來的照顧。

這大概是我入行以來參與過最大型的演唱會，超豪華陣容的大秀，連續二十場吸引超過24萬人次的觀眾。而因為這場大秀的編排，我用到了兩套鼓組。主要鼓組我挑的是 Canopus Drums 最經典的 R.F.M. 套鼓；舞台上的鼓組我則是挑 YAIBA II 系列的 Groove Kit。兩套各有特色，也都能夠完整的傳達我所演奏的情緒，而這不就是一套好鼓該擁有的表現嗎？真的好聽，我相信全場的觀眾也都感受到了！再次感謝 Canopus Drums 以及 通利琴行，讓我享受在紅館工作的每一天！
