น้องกระรอกเมาแอ๋ เงยหน้าขึ้นฟ้า หลังเผลอกินลูกแพร์เก่าหมัก! เป็นแอลกอฮอล์ ที่เจ้าของวางไว้ในรัฐมินนิโซตา สหรัฐอเมริกา

เหตุการณ์นี้เกิดขึ้นในเมือง Inver Grove Heights รัฐ Minnesota สหรัฐอเมริกา เจ้ากระรอกน้อยกินลูกแพร์หมักเข้าไปและเกิดอาการมึนเมา เสียการทรงตัว

Kathleen Morlok เจ้าของบ้านเผยว่าเธอนำแพร์ไปวางไว้นอกบ้านโดยได้เห็นสภาพเมา นั่งโยกเยกไปมาอย่างที่เห็น ซึ่งแพร์เหล่านั้นถูกเก็บไว้ในตู้เย็นนาน จนเกิดการหมักตัวเองกลายเป็นแอลกอฮอล์

จากวิดีโอจะเห็นได้ว่าเจ้ากระรอกพยายามทรงตัว หัวของมันเอียงไอเอียงมา และกินขนมของมันต่อไป

Kathleen Morlok เผยว่าเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิดนี้เกิดจากการที่เธอพยายามเคลียร์ตู้เย็นของเธอ และพบถุงแพร์เก่า ซึ่งแทนที่จะนำไปทิ้ง เธอจึงนำมันไปวางไว้บนโต๊ะข้างนอกให้สัตว์เลี้ยงของเธอซึ่งเป็นลูกหมูชื่อ Hamlet

เธอเผยว่าใน Minnesota อากาศวันนั้นหนาวมาก และ Hamlet ก็ได้กินอาหารเข้าไปและกลับเข้ามาในบ้าน และไม่คิดว่ายังเหลือแพร์อยู่ข้างนอกบ้านอีกหนึ่งลูก จนกระทั่งเธอได้เห็นกระรอกน้อยกินอาหารอย่างมีความสุขและวิ่งกลับขึ้นไปบนต้นไม้

หลังจากวันนั้นเธอจึงนำลูกแพร์ไปวางเพิ่มเติม และเจ้ากระรอกก็กลับมาอีกครั้ง แต่ครั้งนี้มันดูมึนเมาอย่างมาก ขณะนั้นเองมันจึงทำให้เธอเข้าใจว่าลูกแพร์เกิดการหมักตัวกลายเป็นแอลกอฮอลล์

จากเหตุการณ์นี้เจ้าของบ้านตัดสินใจทิ้งแพร์ที่เหลือไป และเธอก็เป็นกังวลเกี่ยวกับกระรอกตัวนั้นอย่างมาก

อย่างไรก็ตามวันถัดไปเจ้ากระรอกก็กลับมาเป็นปกติ และยังกลับมากินอาหารที่เดิมอีก

好多時去酒樓都會叫個醉雞做前菜，呢味來自浙江嘅美食，原來一啲都唔難整，今日就同大家睇下！
首先睇睇所需嘅材料：
雪藏雞髀扒 2 件
紹興花雕酒 300 - 350 毫升
浸湯料：
黨參 2 片 / 7 - 8 粒
杞子 10 餘粒
雞粉 半茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
糖 一茶匙
水 200 - 250 毫升
首先將雞髀扒解凍，之後用少少鹽、雞粉同埋少少紹興酒醃大約20-30分鐘。
等緊醃雞嘅時間，就可以煮浸湯料。將所有湯料煮滾，之後放入一個玻璃器皿，攤凍一陣就可以放落雪櫃。
跟住將雞髀扒放喺錫紙上面，再好似我咁卷實，將兩邊錫紙扭實，將呢兩條錫紙雞卷放入一鑊滾水入面，之後冚蓋同埋轉中細火，煮25-30分鐘。撈起之前可以用筷子篤一篤雞卷中間，篤得過同拎出來後無血水就即係已經熟透。
之後可以將包左錫紙嘅雞卷放入冰水入邊降溫，之後拆開錫紙，將雞卷放入雪凍咗嘅浸湯入面，再加入300-350毫升嘅紹興花雕酒，最好浸過整個雞卷，之後就可以冚蓋放返入雪櫃，雪最少8-10小時。
夠時間之後拎返出嚟，用刀切成薄件，上碟排好，再加入少少浸湯，咁就完成喇！唔止好食，賣相都一流㗎！
