台灣目前有不少以Vape Club、蒸氣館、電子蒸氣、煙霧果汁、雲霧俱樂部為名的店面，卻幾乎不受《藥事法》和《菸害防制法》的管理。

大家應該知道在網路上販賣菸酒是違法的，但如果拍賣網站上以「果汁」為關鍵字，任何人(包含青少年)都可以買到相關煙具。【紀錄觀點】《電子煙:裹著糖衣的真相》希望能以國外案例與狀況為鑑界，期許社會大眾能重視電子煙/加熱菸在台灣的現況，敦促政府盡速立法，勿讓新型菸品成為青少年的健康破口。⠀⠀
