今天很開心受邀到中正大學人類研究倫理中心以及台灣展翅協會共同主辦的「兒少性剝削研究倫理國際研討會」開幕致詞。由於台灣展翅協會一直是國際終止兒少性剝削聯盟(Ecpat International)的創會會員之一，長期在國際推動兒少性剝削業務防制運動，並且這幾年展翅協會與中正大學積極向國際終止兒少性剝削組織爭取，終於，全球首座兒少性剝削研究倫理中心在台灣成立。
雖然目前台灣的法規是走得比較前面，但是最近我在8月召開的「兒少性剝削防制條例施行檢討會議」，卻發現還是需要強化兒少是受保護的主體之觀念，因此我希望主管機關應該強化輔導單位與受理機關的人員之教育訓練。
而今天召開的研討會，討論兒少性剝削研究倫理制度，我認為研究對象是兒少，身分比較敏感特殊，因此站在保護兒少的立場，應盡快有倫理研究指標，確保工作推動的友善程度及正確度，讓兒少不要受到二次傷害，所以我很期待今天國際專家學者可以提供我們一些想法，讓我們可以盡快有倫理指標。
期盼台灣兒少性剝削保護及防制業務更往邁進，成為亞洲的重要典範之一。

【世界人權日X臺灣🇹🇼】亞洲民主人權獎
#Taiwan cherishes the values of #diversity, #openness, #freedom, and #tolerance. Every year since 2006, the 臺灣民主基金會 Taiwan Foundation for Democracy has rewarded good practice in the field of human rights with the Asia Democracy and Human Rights Award on #HumanRightsDay, to recognize the courageous and inspiring work of individuals or organizations that have advanced the cause of democracy and human rights in Asia.
This year, President 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen presented the award to Alissa Wahid of the Gusdurian Network Indonesia 🇮🇩, for the network’s historic efforts to facilitate inter-faith #dialogue, and advocate diversity and fundamental rights. President Tsai stated at the prize-giving ceremony that, "Sharing Taiwan's experience with our neighboring countries in #Asia, and, at the same time, learning from these countries, allows the values of #democracy and #HumanRights to take deeper root and spread further. This is why we hold the Asia Democracy and Human Rights Award."
