營養師Kathy: 脂肪同埋纖維都係差唔多喎! 😮咁會唔會粟米蓉嘅 ingredients 有化學物呀, 唔夠粟米粒健康?🤔
營養師Annie: 🧐其實粟米蓉嘅 ingredients係冇味精,只 多咗一隻叫做thickener, 即係 Modified starch, 即係類似生粉嗰啲,令到啲湯"傑"啲! 我查咗歐盟, 佢咁樣寫:
Twelve modified starches (包括E1442) authorised as food additives in the EU and are labelled either by their specific names or by their E-number on the ingredient list. As with any additives used in food in Europe, they have undergone rigorous testing by the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) – most recently in 2017- and their use in food and beverages is regulated under Regulation (EC) 1333/2008 on food additives.
營養師Kathy: 即係好安全啦! 不過我發現粟米水有添加咗少少糖, 但係就冇防腐劑, 所以大家唔喜歡嘅可以倒咗佢,但係食咗都唔會對身體有害嘅!😉
