I have been eating at both 逸東軒 Yat Tung Heen'salso take away shop 逸東小廚 for many years so inevitably u might have seen my many posts, but I am extra sensitive to their changes as Chef Tam 譚棟師傅 has now moved permanently from Wanchai to the Jordan's restaurant. In the process, the Michelin Star has since moved from Wanchai to Jordan side. The Michelin Star is given to the restaurant yes, but usually it also follows the Star Chef is the protocol with Michelin internationally..

到訪今年的新星 逸東軒 ， 豐富的菜單，有著最適合秋冬的 鮮沙薑陳皮生煎鱔， 沙薑鹹香配上鱔的油香， 讓油香味道留在口腔甚久。 再飲上花膠杏汁白肺湯， 滋潤過冬！ （記得要點叉燒食啊！）

Visited Yat Tung Heen at Eaton Hotel, the newly awarded one Michelin Star restaurant for the winter menu with seasonal Pan-fried Eel with Ginger and Mandarin Peels. The oil of the eel has given great balance with the saltiness of the ginger. With a bowl of Double-boiled Pig's Lung with Fish Maw in Almond Soup, everything is just perfect for the dry winter. (Don't forget to order the signature Barbecued Pork!)

缺點：
沒有冷龍蝦, 主菜有更多的選擇會完美!

Pros:
Very comfortable sitting area, great selection on food, wine package is attractive with great selection of wine and sake. Very good service and attentive staff. One of the best for lunch buffet in Hong Kong

Cons:
cold lobster not available on cold seafood section, for the main dish, if the restaurant have more choices would make it perfect!
