This epidemic had a great impact on most people. I heard about the situation of a good elder! I feel very worried! Originally, this elder is a very lively and cheerful person who likes to joke, and he will arrange many activities and programs for himself! Because of this epidemic, he must suspend all friends gatherings and shows, so he can only stay at home! His children and grandchildren couldn't come back to see him. He was worried about whether the children were safe outside and worried would be infected outside! Everyone's life has changed a lot, especially for the elderly. They usually live a retired life to eat out with old friends, chat, sing, dance, play mahjong, exercise, and so on! Because this epidemic has prevented them from holding these activities normally, they must be kept at home, and they will think about things when they have nothing to do, and they will be bored at home and have problems, especially affecting their emotions! My uncle suddenly became very pessimistic and lacking energy. His wife took him to the doctor and got severe depression! Because he keeps saying that he will not live long, and keeps saying a lot of pessimistic things!
I think it's not just the elderly who have emotional problems, in fact, most young people also have emotional problems! So if we are around friends, relatives, neighbors, etc.! In fact, everyone should care more about each other. At this time, we should all care about, encourage, support, and care for each other! You can talk to each other more! I hope this epidemic will pass quickly!

Dark Eye Circles has been my biggest challenge all my life. I've tried many different treatments from creams, gels, and of course aesthetic which includes Fillers and Mesotherapy. Trust me I have my 8 hours of sleep daily, so it's not because of lack of sleep. I have darker pigments and micro veins in my eye area which seems to be the cause. I remember back in High School the prefect would always stop me during assembly asking if I've Eyeshadow on ?♀ and I'll actaully have to clean my eye area with a tissue to prove it to them ?♀
.
I have done several treatments to reduce the appearance of dark circles but none actually gave me the results I hoped for. I visited IDO'S Clinic and consulted Dr. Tan whom suggested that I do a [?????? ?????????] prior to injecting Fillers. [?????? ?????????] will rejuvenate the eye area to prepare it for the Fillers. Dr. Tan also asked if I would like to fill the Hollowness of my Cheek area, yes I really hated that hollow area although it gave me a more V shape face, more about that in the next video. Let me show you what an [Ocular Treatment] is done. Many elderly use this treatment to ?????? ??? ?????????? ?? ????? ????, ??? ???? ??? ???? ???????. Using the heat from the Fotona 4D, heat is emitted into the inner lower eyelid. Don't worry your eyeballs are protected so you won't go blind.
.
Well, This is my first visit to IDO'S Clinic and to be honest I did see a tiny bit of lightening in my dark circles. I'm very excited to complete all my treatments. Stay Tuned to Episode 2

This is a slightly different vlog style format than what I usually film when I travel. Please let me know what you think in the description below.

Ngoc and I started the morning off eating banh mi in a taxi on our way to the airport. Saigon traffic was awful in the morning and it took over 40 minutes to get to the airport. We tried web check in, but it didn't work, so we checked in and was a little bit late. Nevertheless, we made our flight and an elderly woman sat in my seat and we decided to share a cab from the Hanoi airport to My Dinh Station, because we randomly happened to all be going to the same place. I hate airplane food. But this time it wasn't so bad. I ate a hamburger, yes, a burger bun with ham and finished the meal down with some che. We took a taxi from the Hanoi Airport and went straight to My Dinh Bus Station, which can be chaotic for many travelers. There was a sudden rush of noise and heat and everyone was sweating it up. We helped the lady find her bus to Thai Binh and we found ours to Ha Giang after I manually flushed my pee into a toilet that I shouldn't have peed in. The bus was already taking off and it didn't even have any more seats left, but we hopped on anyways. This sleeper style bus was supposed to take six hours, but it took roughly eight hours due to a quick stop where I ate some pho ga or chicken pho and it also picked up many people along the way and dropped many people off at various points. Oh, and remember not to wear your shoes on the bus. That's a big no no. I also hate sleeper buses because they make me feel really tired and lethargic. The people on the bus were nice though. Maybe a little bit too nice for the average person? Who knows. Either way, by 10 o'clock Ngoc and I were at our hotel for the night chowing down on some rice and fried chicken. This is just the beginning of our epic few days in North Vietnam. Be sure to check back soon for so much more!
