I lost my confidence when I was younger because I didn't speak #English and I knew how important it was to fulfill my career goals. That's why I took the challenge to learn it. People laughed when I first started and tried to speak but I didn't care. Years later I'm still a work in progress but it's a skill I'm proud to have and constantly work on which is why I'm a #rolemodel for the English Movement. 🌟
I want you to have better opportunities in life.

employable skills 在 Nanabwincess Facebook 的最佳貼文
Don't you feel that university curriculums nowadays are too theory based? Back then when I was in uni, I went for internship that has helped me a lot in building up my 'soft skills' and knowledge about my workplace settings. While learning theory is important, I feel practical experiences are more applicable in preparing youths for transition to adulthood. That's why when I heard about Inti College Subang Jaya's Industry Advisory Board, I thought it's a really good concept. Coz they make sure that the curiculum is industry relevant to produce job-ready and highly-employable graduates. #INTIEdge http://bit.ly/1igkI7y
