Yesterday evening went for an hour run around Stuttgart.

Ran on a combination of stairs + road + trail + track with the Salomon Sense Ride 4 that I received it from @salomonmy

Thank you for a great shoe that I used it to walk around the city. Love the comfortable of it when putting it on and walk for long hour sightseeing in the city.

I had checked in a 30k steps in Frankfurt on Monday, an almost 40k steps in Stuttgart yesterday.

Will be leaving Stuttgart and visiting today!

What an awesome day.

Morning till the afternoon was at the race site. Got to meet so many friends and new friends! Finally got to race after so long and super happy to have free drinks Früh Sport from Früh Kölsch as they are the main sponsor for the race. 😊

Late afternoon spend time with part of the Towerrunning Family. We have Slovenka @kami_chomanic from @towerrunning_slovakia and the German @goergeheimann @fuande201279 from @towerrunning_germany and me myself from @mastowerrunning 🥳

*We have a great time catching up and thanks to Andreas for a great lunch and hosting all of us here. Wonderful time spent with you all. Super lovely. ☺️

Evening was spending time with Görge's son, Jonathan. We played the spinning bottle cap game that I taught him yesterday and trying out Slacklining. We have so much fun. Glad that I tried our the trampoline too 😄

Had dinner with Görge family and finally got to meet Nico (second son) at last after meeting Ben (eldest son) on the night I arrived. Happy to meet each and everyone of them. Thanks to Claudia for preparing us the dinner. I love the salad. 😋

We have a great time chatting and sharing with each other on our journey. After the dinner, had a walk with Görge to the train station and come back home, so that tomorrow I know how to go there 😆 Thank you for showing me the easiest route.

I will be traveling to Frankfurt tomorrow morning and stay a night there. Looking forward for more new experiences. Grateful with the opportunity to travel around Germany and explore it. 🤗

Been doing my weekly walk, cause I can’t do it on weekdays - work till late evening 😭 still adapting to work and finding my pace to get everything done so that I can have time for my workout again 🥲

We departed from BTS Saladeang Station and took a walk around Silom.
In the past, many stalls used to open in the evening, but now there are very few.
The market seemed to be closed on this day, and there were very few stores open.
There used to be a lot of Japanese restaurants in Silom, but since 2021, more and more of them have stopped operating or moved.
After eating the ramen, I walked from Surawong Road to the dormant night market.
The street was very deserted, and even though it was P.M. 7 o'clock, it was dark and quiet as if it was midnight.

This is a shot of the evening around Pratunam Market.
The small street stores close their doors after four o'clock.
Therefore, it becomes a lonely scene in the evening.
Especially on this day, some stores had to cancel their business due to the disinfection work the next day.
Even in the evening, many stores were still open at Platinaum Fashion mall.

Thanks big brother 古明政 remind me about human limits and how to push them. Even I was promising my self during second day I will never go mountains with someone else (one person, one problem), I hope we can do soon another adventure.

Combination of long and hot walk with relatively heavy bags in first day and second day section between 六順山 to 丹大山 (usually done in 2-3 days) totally without water was beyond madness. When we realized we are out of any water source (even mud could not squeeze) and terrain getting more difficult I start little panic. Brother Ku offer me cold Oolong tea from his heavy bag 🙂 (or it was just imagination caused by dehydration). For rest of afternoon and evening we have been on half litter of water. Solution was only move painfully in hard terrain ahead in dark and reach 丹大山 and valley 太平溪源. When we found water upstream we hug each other and all was just past...

Next days took easier and enjoy beutiful mountains and valley of Taiwan. My dream come true and we stood night in most beutifull valley 嘆息灣 I ever visit. These places are not commonly visited by hikers since they are not even located in range of days from 百岳.

Weather was without any rain or clouds and Mabolashi ridge was amazing for 4th days and final part of mountain section with stunning views.

Last morning over Batonguan 八通關 and its landslide was nice mixture of Beauty and Beast of Taiwan mountains. Beer and hotspring bath in 東埔 Dongpu was perfect end.
