The observation deck is part of Chunan Seaside Forest Recreation Area. You can overlook Evergreen Forest Wetland on it. However, don’t you think the railings hide scenery from view? Interesting!🌈

#'89年にコナミが開発・発売した、FDS用ACT作であり、ドラキュラII 呪いの封印(FC)の続編。ストーリー上では1作目の前日談になる。
ゲームデザインは再び初代同様のステージクリア型になり、ロムカセットでの発売という事から新規プレイヤー向けにストーリーが初代ドラキュラより昔の設定になり、同じシチュエーションも取り入れられた。
特定のステージではクリア時にルート分岐があり、全15ブロックと大幅にステージも増加。
仕掛けも前作以上に多彩で、プレイヤーの技量が試される。
また、パートナーを3人から1人同行加入可能で、場面によりいつでも交代が可能。
シリーズ通しての難易度も相変わらずだが、FCでここまでやるか、と思わせた作品であり、FC版ドラキュラ三部作の最後を飾るにふさわしい一作。
BGMは矩形波倶楽部の船橋氏、森本さん、前沢氏、古川氏による共同作・編曲。
グラフィック面のみならず、音源も拡張可能なROMバンクコントロールチップVRC6が搭載されたため、矩形波2ch、のこぎり波1chと音源が拡張、FCとは思えぬ次元を超えた楽曲が作られ、本作BGMの数々は以後のシリーズで何度もアレンジされて使われている。
また北米・欧州とはBGMも含め若干仕様が変更されている。
