【#IR冷知識🇫🇮】芬蘭政府近年從幼稚園開始，即教育學生如何分辨假新聞，這裏的教育內容很值得世界各國教育獎參考。例如芬蘭學校會告訴學生，假新聞帳號的特徵可能是大量使用stock photos、內容經常串錯字、欠缺詳細個人資料、及多數報稱女性等，這當然屬於成年人行走社交網絡的經驗之談，但更進階的知識，也進入芬蘭年輕人的課程。例如當地學校有一系列訓練，讓學生搜尋實際的新聞議題 (例如英國脫歐、歐盟選舉、移民問題等)，並嘗試分辨甚麼是「故事」、甚麼是「真實」，其中一門功課，甚至是要學生自己嘗試撰寫假新聞，從中學習作業人員的心態和技巧......

That is because most people have no way to evaluate the significance of economic or scientific news. Especially when mistrust of news media is high, they tend to rely on how people they know respond to news. This process of evaluation takes time, which is why stock markets do not respond to news suddenly and completely, as conventional theory would suggest. The news starts a new trend in markets, but it is sufficiently ambiguous that most smart money has difficulty profiting from it.
Some of the new news was nonsense. On Feb. 17, a run on toilet paper in Hong Kong was mentioned for the first time, and became a highly contagious story as a sort of joke. Of course, the news about the spread of the disease was becoming more international. The WHO dubbed it a pandemic on March 11. Internet searches for “pandemic” peaked in the week of March 8-14, and searches for “coronavirus” peaked in the week of March 15-21.
Stories of smaller but still significant stock-market collapses and strong recoveries, a couple of them from 2018, were widely recalled. Talk of regrets about not buying at the bottom then, or in 2009, may have left the impression that the market had fallen enough in 2020. At that point, FOMO (fear of missing out) took hold, reinforcing investors’ belief that it was safe to go back in.

If you guys haven't boarded the toner pads train then you better start now! Except for those with sensitive skin, I definitely recommend to go for this kind of product because it helps in exfoliating the dead skin cells gently as you swipe the pads around your facial area. As there are already many brands releasing their own version of toner pad, I've got my first one from @cosrx out of #FOMO but I sure am glad I did as now it has become a staple in my routine.

Now, there are 3 version of this toner pad and I had the original (exfoliating) and the moisture versions until @wynora sent me the third sister; COSRX One Step Green Hero Calming for sensitive skin to try back in January and boy, I've been using it for almost everyday as my U-zone is so sensitive and red for the past months. I did a full review on my blog #linkonprofile but still, my thoughts on this product summed up:

✨ It's so easy to use and I kept reaching for it! I always use this as the first step after cleansing then continue with layering light hydrating toners and the rest of my skincare.
✨ It's also so soothing and surely toned down my redness to almost none. I also use couple of the toner pads as point mask; placing each of the pad on my cheeks for like 5 minutes before wiping off my whole facial area, neck, at the back of my ear and chest area.

Overall, 5/5. I love it! Definitely works with my skin! It does help in exfoliating a little bit but I don't expect for it to do better than the Original Clear Pad sister and it does moisturise well but again, I'd prefer the Moisture Up sister for that so yes, it does what it claims for me and I'll be sure to purchase for myself!
