嚟呢度一定要試下 #cocktails 🍸 3－7pm仲有happy hour🥳 推薦Ice Volcano，店員會即場燃點Rum酒，加上可愛嘅杯子，非常吸睛 🌋 飲品重果香，容易入口！Mr Toffee質感香醇幼滑，甜度唔會太高，入口酒味及咖啡香都濃郁平衡，唔錯☕️ #辣肉腸 用紅酒汁及蒜片煮，略嫌辣肉腸本身嘅咸香被醬汁遮蓋，不過真係好送酒。 #生蠔 好抵食，每隻未折都係～$30，生蠔新鮮肥美，海水味濃，滿足！我好鍾意食pasta，點咗Beef Ragu Fettucine，每條闊條麵都掛上肉醬，好惹味，如果闊條麵煮得彈牙d會更好😌 甜品揀咗香港比較少見到嘅 #Cannoli，Cannoli內餡嘅奶油香濃幼滑，甜而不膩😋

PS1. 嗰日係我嘅農曆生日正日（今年同西曆好近呢），原來慶祝生日會有fancy蠟燭 🕯️ 開心😝

Real Southern American BBQ in HK?! I haven’t been back to the US in 1.5 years & haven’t tasted Southern BBQ in sooooo long! @smokeandbarrelhk was fantastic & certainly brought back many nostalgic memories. Loved all the authentic & delicious BBQ (beef rib was awesome). Jalapeño cornbread was spot on, and shrimp & grits was fancy! (shrimp head sauce!). Cocktails were creative and fun. Macau is a wonderful place full of great bars and lounges that offer amazing Macau signature drinks ranging from Whiskey to Gin and Tonic to Cocktails. There is something for everyone on a Night Out in Macau and in this Macau guide we wanted to show you the best places to have a drink with friends and enjoy the evening!

We started in Old Taipa Tavern found in Old Taipa Village Macau, they offer a huge selection of craft beers along with their very own Macau special brew.

Heading from Taipa Village we went to Galaxy Hotel and Resort Macau, to try their endless supply of high quality Gin and Tonics at the gorgeous Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge. For those looking for a high class bar in Macau the Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is perfect for a fancy night out with friends!

Staying in Galaxy Macau we went down to Macallan Whisky Bar & Lounge to try their Macau exclusive Whiskey along with Old Fashioned Cocktails. Here there is a wonderful ambience to the bar with live music, truly a classy way to send an evening in Macau.

Finally we headed from the Cotai Strip Macau to Old Taipa Village Macau to try the creative signature cocktails on offer at Goa Nights. Here they have cocktails based on popular Macau attractions and Macau landmarks. They had a Ruins of Saint Paul, Red Street Macau and Old Taipa Village Macau themed cocktails that are must try Cocktails in Macau!

Our Cruise Ship Vacation 2012 on board Carnival Splendor.

For this particular journey, "Mazatlan" was canceled due to some civil unrest on the shore. We had an extra day instead in Cabo San Lucas.
