會覺得大概主要就是這兩種情境:
1. 也許真就是一個愁緒滿懷+ 才情横溢的結果
2. 一個非常會的Kol高明地刷了存在感
當然更可能是介於兩者之間
中間也參雜了其他的元素
但最近好像更讀懂了
其表述背後的其他意思
清醒時他與月、影一同歡樂
醉了之後它們便各自離散
再也找不到月、影的蹤跡。
仔細推敲
這好像不是一個正常人會有的邏輯
但再細想,其實不就是
戰鬥或逃跑反應 (Fight-or-flight response)
當中選擇逃跑的那一方?
選擇逃跑,這對現代人常說也太常見了
在其他人面前,我們都可以逃得容易
但是用真正的勇氣面對自己
恐怕才是最大、也最不容易的課題

常言思考太多、經常用腦的人會突然長出白頭髮,究竟孰真孰假?皮膚科專科醫生陳厚毅為你解答。陳厚毅醫生指,過往都有不少醫學研究指出思考太多會令人長出白髮,不過這些研究有真有假,直至2020年才有較明確和實在的研究。陳厚毅醫生說:「2020年發表的研究以老鼠作測試,發現壓力有機會令幹細胞產生的頭髮色素減少,從而出現白髮。」
這項研究由哈佛大學及聖保羅大學的科學家負責,並於去年在《Nature》雜誌上發表。科學家發現,老鼠感到疼痛時,會釋放出腎上腺素和皮質醇,令心跳加速、血壓升高,影響神經系統,形成急性壓力。這種急性壓力會啟動交感神經系統的「戰鬥或逃跑反應」(Fight-or-Flight Response)。
