#筋膜的迷思與事實 – 簡單摘要

#迷思1 按摩球等按摩工具可以破壞筋膜的沾黏，結節跟疤痕組織
看來不是。組織的改變其實是來自於神經系統的作用。
參考文章就是來自於筋膜大師 Robert Schleip。

#迷思2 我們身體感到疼痛是因為筋膜有沾黏，結節跟疤痕組織
不一定。疼痛是一個複雜的問題，簡單說它是來自中樞神經的輸出，而不是周邊組織的輸入，所以有沾黏跟疼痛不是完全可以一對一相連的。

#迷思3 我們組織會缺水，所以滾滾筒可以讓它重新充水
這邊作者是打一個問號，原因是她當時無法發現一個可以讓她相信的強烈證據。她也提出如果按壓就可以補水，那我們常坐在椅子上所以臀肌就會很有水分嗎？

另一個思考的點是，多少的程度算有，作用時間多久？

我手邊有一個實驗資料，Klingler在2004年的發表。
把組織做6%的伸展長達15分鐘，發現在伸展結束後，重量減少了11%(可能來自脫水)，再過30分鐘，只減少0.3%，過一個小時，0%(原本重量)，但在3小時後增加了3.6%(水化與更新)。

似乎是一個水合的證據，但是回到實務上，一般人的操作不會長達3小時，所以這也是一個大家可以持續關心的方向。

簡單摘要
藉由外力改變筋膜的實驗是從動物開始，而且是用人類體型使用的工具。然而後續發現同樣的實驗作用在人體上，大概要有數千磅的力量才足夠產生1%的的撕裂，所以看來不是短時間的結構改變造成放鬆效果。

但為何我們使用滾筒卻真實有效？原因是來自於神經生理的反應。

一個常被問到的問題就是，反正有用就好，幹嘛要探究原理？
因為我們知道原理，才能夠正確有效的應用。

作者說常在健身房看到很多人花了20，30甚至45分鐘滾滾筒(這是影片作者三年多前的觀察)，從頭到腳，這看來不是最有效率的方法，因為某個部位短暫的改變會因為你在滾其他地方的時候又回到原點，這時候你又必須再做一次。

所以如果你知道原理了，也許你會使用20-30秒去滾滾筒，然後接著馬上進行輕負重訓練，再回來滾滾筒，再增加重量，等等。
