Honouring my 5 years career with AXA. For me personally, this is one of the huge milestones for me to celebrate in my life.

Right after I graduated from my Bachelor's Degree, I had the opportunity to continue my Master's overseas or Doctorate locally. I also had the blessings to have great callings from many reputable companies and the government. Albeit all these amazing opportunities and I already had my feet stepped in some of these opportunities, I had to step away because of family circumstances. I decided to do freelance, and that was when I started my writing and creating content in the creative world and thankfully, I still continue until today.

After almost 2 years of freelancing, I decided to explore the corporate world and I had the opportunity to work at AXA and started as a management trainee. I had the opportunity to do Project Management for 3 years in the General Insurance business and now running Strategic Plan for 2 years in the Life Insurance business. Thank you to all my leaders, team and colleagues who have supported me well along this journey. Gratefully, I also managed to attain my MBA with my husband by studying part-time and working full time. I am also focused on my writing, content creation, projects and philanthropy.

Altogether, it is an interesting-crazy ride that filled with ups and down in building myself to whom I am today. I've learned and grown so much, thanks to the experiences and people who I have met across my life, good or bad.

My key takeaways are, if you want something hard enough, go get it. It will be tough because nothing good comes easy. You might not get everything you want because things are not straightforward or simple as it may seem. Patience is key. Never give up, follow your passion and dream. You truly know what you want and good at. Work on yourself, the rest will fall in place. Work hard and smart. Be kind and have principles. Collaborate, engage and share with people around you. There will be many challenges, all sorts of type, if you fall, rise up again. Ignore negativity and haters, surround yourself with positivity and people who truly appreciates you.

Celebrate your hard work. You deserve it. 💙

🍉 SNACK FOR YOUR SOUL

✨ You don't have to be perfect to follow your dream ✨

I have more mornings rolling out of bed wishing I could hibernate than mornings waking up saying: "Tada! Bring it on!"

I don't have a perfect morning routine. I don't exercise or meditate every day.

And still, I'm doing the work I love with people I love in the ways I love.

Not because I've gotten it all together.

Not because I'm righteous about "achieving success" or "living a legacy" or "human potentials" or "making the world a better place." (I've grown sick of all the bumper stickers and motivational mumbo jumbo.)

But because I've tried laziness and it didn't feel good. I've tried finding escape in video games and movies and food and alcohol and sex and men. And it didn't feel good, not for long, not ever.

So one afternoon as I was sipping coffee, feeling the sun on my arms, I thought:

"I was given this life. And I'm here. So what the hell, may as well do something fun with it."

That's why I'm writing these words to (try to) encourage you.
You have a dream. You may don't think you have. But I know you do.
You may think your dream is stupid, ridiculous, embarrassing, impossible. But it isn't.

You may think that you're hopeless, helpless, broken beyond repair. But you're not.

There's something you're meant to do in this world, something that will make you come alive when you do it - your passion.

You can discover your passion.

More than that, you can turn your passion into actions - even if you have no ambitions, no characters, and often in a bad mood; even if you don't believe in yourself and don't have "positive thinking".

You're not broken.

You're a human with your glitches and stains, your quirks and flaws.
You don't need to fix yourself to do what you love.

I want to help you find what you love and do what you love. I'm not a guru who pretends that her life is perfect. I'm just a crazy woman who is living her dreams despite her lousy habits and who gains a sick satisfaction when seeing people come alive.

No more postponing. No more running away.

Because you'll have a lot of fun. Because life would be exciting. And because - as much of a cliche as it sounds - the world needs it.

I believe what Howard Thurman said: “Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

ถ้าใช่ คุณก็ไม่ได้พยายามอยู่คนเดียว แต่มีอีก1ชีวิตที่พยายามไปพร้อมกับคุณ ผู้หญิงคนนึงยอมทิ้งความฝัน ทิ้งเวลาในชีวิตที่ควรจะได้เจอผู้ชายที่ดีและเพรียบพร้อมหลายคน มาเชื่อในตัวคุณ ยอมอยู่กับคุณในช่วงเวลาที่ลำบาก และไม่มีหลักประกันอะไรเลย "ขนาดเงินกู้ยังมีค้ำประกัน" "แต่ความเชื่อมันไม่มีอะไรค้ำประกันเลย"

....แล้วช่วงเวลาเหล่านั้นคุณทำอะไรอยู่? คุณได้ให้"ความเชื่อ"กับเธอคนนั้นไหม ได้ทำให้เธอรู้ไหมว่าคุณจะเปลี่ยนแปลง ได้สังเกตคนรอบข้างว่าเขาพัฒนาตัวเองกันไปถึงไหนแล้ว มันเป็นแรงผลักดันให้คุณหรือปล่าวที่จะแบกรับอนาคตของผู้หญิงคนนึงไปพร้อมกับคุณ

และคุณก็อาจจะลืมไป ว่า"ผู้หญิงคนนี้ก็พยายามด้วยตนเองได้เช่นกัน" และถ้าเธอตัดสินใจได้ว่าการที่มีคุณอยู่ "มันถ่วงชีวิตของเธอให้เธอไม่ได้ไปไหน" วันนั้นเธอก็จะทิ้งคุณไป และเดินตามทางของตัวเธอเอง

และวันนึงผู้หญิงคนนั้นก็ได้เจอกับผู้ชายที่เพรียบพร้อม ที่ดูแลเธอได้ และดีกว่าคุณในทุกๆด้าน คุณก็ใช้คำพูดตัดพ้อตัวเองว่า "ผู้หญิงแม่งก็ชอบผู้ชายรวยเหมือนกันหมด" "ไม่มีหรอกใครที่จะอยู่ทนลำบากไปพร้อมกับเรา"...นั่นแสดงให้เห็นว่า คุณไม่ได้รักเธอเลย แต่มันเป็นเพียงความเห็นแก่ตัวของคุณเท่านั้นเอง

ผู้หญิงคนนึง....กว่าจะยอมรักใครเป็นคู่ชีวิตไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย พอคบๆเลิกๆบ่อยๆก็ถูกมองว่าเป็นคนง่ายปล่อยเนื้อปล่อยตัว ไหนจะถูกนินทาจากคนรอบข้าง ไหนจะต้องแบกรัับความผิดพลาดต่างๆที่ผู้ชายไม่ต้องแบกรับอีก

ดังนั้นถ้าคุณ"รัก"
*คุณจะพยายามขึ้นอีกสักหน่อย*

คุณจะไม่ยอมปล่อยให้เขาลำบากอย่างที่เป็น คุณจะไม่ยอมแพ้และปล่อยเธอไป เมื่อมีใครที่ดีกว่า ไม่ว่ายังไงถ้าคุณ"รัก" คุณจะรักษาเขาไว้ไม่ปล่อยให้เขาต้องไปเจอกับผู้ชายที่คุณก็ไม่รู้ว่าดีหรือร้าย เพราะเธอคือผู้หญิงที่คุณดูแล ผ่านช่วงเวลาแย่ๆลำบากมาด้วยกันมากมายมากกว่าที่ใครจะเข้าใจ

Hello sunshine!

In this video, I share some beauty recommendations for the warmer season Summer. I also share my all time fav beauty remedy with you guys. It has saved my skin. No joke.

You guys already know the basic rules of Summer Beauty such as 'Wearing sunscreen, drinking water, sunglasses, deoderant etc' so I'll cover other topics/suggestions and hopefully you will find it helpful.

My face is a little red because it's still on the process of healing. Because it's still quite dry- it's producing lots of oil to combat the dehydration hence the shiny face. Hope you guys don't mind (plus I turned aircon off to film so was probably sweating). It's why I haven't been filming because I just felt self conscious so I decided to give my face a break from makeup. It broke out into lots of rashes a week ago sniffles but things are getting better eventually. Thank you natural yogurt.
