Ga yao, Hong Kong! 💪🏼 Second day of dining restrictions, but we can still support our local businesses. This is one of my favourite eateries— @dignitykitchenhk .

This social enterprise does not only serve comfort food (Singaporean hawker-style!) They also train and employ differently-abled people (who are so enthusiastic, you’d want to hang out there longer)

During this time, you can order food for your teammates at work, or you can also make a donation towards their feeding program for the community. It’s a win, any which way you see it.

一年容易又中秋, 大家如果有剩餘月餅而又符合以下回收準則, 可由即日至10月3日期間, 將月餅放於圖片中86個指定月餅收集點及惜食堂月餅收集箱。我們將會把大家捐贈出來的月餅及心意轉送給有需要人士, 令他們感受到佳節的祝福及喜悅。　

可回收的月餅：
- 未開封及獨立包裝
- 未過有效食用日期
- 由香港政府認可的公司製造

不回收的月餅:
- 需冷藏的月餅,
如: 冰皮月餅
- 自家製月餅

溫馨提示 :
1) 本會不接受月餅鐵罐捐贈 (請將鐵罐內獨立包裝的月餅拿出並放置於收集箱內)
2) 請注意各個指定月餅收集點開放日子不一
3) 我們亦歡迎月餅券捐贈。為確保有足夠時間換取月餅，月餅券必須有最少5天或以上的換領有效日期。煩請把月餅券寄到惜食堂辦公室並註明“月餅券捐贈”(地址:九龍海壇街235號豐盛大廈2樓)

【Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Food Drive】
This Mid-Autumn festival, if you have surplus mooncakes (given they meet the below standards), you may donate them starting today until October 3rd, by placing your mooncakes in one of the 86 collection points and boxes listed in photos below. We will give all donated mooncakes to the needy, so that they may enjoy Mid-Autumn festival’s blessings and happiness.

Mooncakes must be:
- individually packaged
- Within expiry date
- Produced by HKSAR Government’s approved
producers

We do not accept:
-Refrigerated mooncakes:
e.g. Ice skin mooncakes
-Homemade mooncakes

Warm reminder:
1) We do not accept metal mooncake containers (please kindly take individual mooncakes out of its container and place into the collection box)
2) Please note the service period of each collection boxes are different
3) We also welcome mooncake voucher donation. To ensure there is enough time to collect the mooncakes, the voucher should have at least 5 days before expiration. Please kindly mail the mooncake voucher to Food Angel office and mark ”Mooncake voucher donation” (Address: 2/F, Fung Sing Building, 235 Hai Tan Street, Sham Shui Po)

來自澳門的Andy，是其中一個我很欣賞的人，他曾經患了出血性中風，左邊身癱瘓，現在居然是長跑手？我真的很難想像他是怎麼做到的。

常有人質疑我，蔬食夠營養嗎？你看起來很瘦（很想問一句，我以前是有多胖），慢慢愈來愈多像Andy這樣因蔬食而變得更健康的朋友，走到我生命當中，讓我更確信【蔬食生活】是一個非常美好的生活～

Andy from Macau is one of the people I really admire. He had a hemorrhagic stroke, which caused his body to be completely paralyzed to the left side but now he is a long-distance runner? I really can't imagine how he did it.

Some people often question me, is there enough nutrition for vegan diet? You look very thin (I want to ask, how fat I used to be), I start meeting more friends like Andy who have become healthier because of the vegan diet, it makes me feel more confident about the [vegan life]

This is Day four of five days eating some of the best food ever in Hong Kong. http://www.kylele.net/2016/04/24/hong-kong-travel-day-4/

This day my friends and I opted for a day trip to the incredible Tai O Fishing Village. This was a refreshing way to get out of the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong to see how a different side lives.

To get there, take the cable car to Lang Tau Island, visit the Giant Buddha if you want, (I already did last year :https://youtu.be/g4HL3tZ99Cw)

Then hop onto a bus for Tai O and you're there within two hours from Central Hong Kong. There are various street food options around and people are friendly, especially with cameras.

For dinner we ate some family-style local specialties like cuttlefish and sweet and sour pork at Tai O Lin Heung Restaurant
