我過去一年因常熬夜製片,飲食不當,荷爾蒙失調,一年內從53公斤直逼61+公斤,體脂更是超過31%
有的人,是胖得可愛。
我是胖得⋯⋯連西裝褲都穿不下。
每個人的八字有個特定的體重範圍。
在這個範圍內,財運亨通。
超過或低過這個範圍,財路多阻。
我的性格屬於行動派,不喜歡矯情。
我要的快樂,不用人催,我自己就會去爭取。
我常告訴客人,不要固執己見,要改變自己。
如果我自己遇到問題,卻不肯向內改變,那我豈不是個偽君子嗎?
所以在七月,我聯絡了台灣的營養師,人生第一次踏上減脂之路,把荷爾蒙調好。
從七月到今天,兩個半月的時間,我瘦了六公斤,但體脂還要再努力,醫師定了22%為目標。
有很多疑難雜症,尤其是婦女病,不是中西醫都看就能醫好,反而得通過飲食調整,才能把病因連根拔起。
因此給我批過八字的客人,都會些許驚訝,為何我特別強調飲食改運。
因為,營養學和八字學有許多共通的知識。
吃得對,自然會健康。
而我主張,不只要吃得對,更要吃得旺,財富貴人才會輕輕鬆鬆滾進來啊,滾進來~ 😂😂😂

Due to my endless late nights for video production and poor dietary habits, my hormones went haywire and my weight catapulted from 53kg to over 61kg. My body fat percentage shot to over 31% too.
Some people are chubby in an adorable way.
For me, I can’t even zip up my work pants.
Every one of us has a specific weight range that is most ideal for us, based on our Bazi.
When you are in the range, you are in the prosperous mode.
Out of it, your wealth paths get blocked.
I am a “action speaks louder than words” kind of person.
If I want a kind of happiness, I will go chase after it without needing anyone to hurry me.
I often tell my clients not to be stubborn and resist changing themselves.
If I meet with a problem, yet am unwilling to change from inward, then wouldn’t that make me a hypocrite?
Thus in July, I contacted a nutritionist in Taiwan and for the first time in my life, stepped on my fat-loss journey and to reset the balance in my hormones.
Two and a half months later, I had shed 6kg, but I still got to work harder to push my fat percentage down to the 22% goal set by the doctor.
Many ailments, especially women’s health issues, cannot be resolved, despite seeking the help of TCM or western doctors. In such cases, it calls for a change in lifestyle and dietary habits to nip the problem at the bud.
Most of my Bazi clients are usually surprised by my emphasis on destiny transformation via their choice of food.
There are many intricate links between your Bazi and your nutritional intake.
Eat right and you will naturally be healthy.
I say not only do we need to eat right, more importantly we must eat auspiciously to attract more wealth and benefactors effortlessly.

俗語形容「臭男人」,一般人都覺得男人汗味特別臭,尤其夏天更容易出現狐臭的味道,叫人窒息作嘔,當然出現狐臭其實無分男女,狐臭是腋窩發出的特殊臭味,中醫理論認為「腋臭漏液,皆先天濕鬱病也」,濕熱體質人士體味特別濃烈,汗腋會有臭味,多伴隨胸悶、無胃口、口苦、身體困倦、小便偏黃、量少等症狀,除了天生遺傳問題,多吃辛辣、油膩、刺激性及重口味食物都容易令體質偏向濕熱,狂噴止汗劑或香水企圖掩蓋臭味,只會令異味更強烈!治本方法為改善體質,每天飲用米水,適量飲用清熱祛濕茶療,並改變生活及飲食習慣:少吃熱性食物、肉類、煎炸油膩、辛辣、咖喱等重口味食物,啤酒、奶茶、咖啡也不宜飲用。

功效:清熱除煩、生津利尿,紓緩體臭症狀。
材料:生薏米20克、土茯苓15克
做法:材料洗淨,鍋內加入1000毫升水,放入材料煮30分鐘,建議一星期飲用2-3天。

Those with damp heat have stronger body odor?
People in general think that men’s sweat stinks, and they think that men’s body odor worsen during summer. Of course, body odor could happen to both men and women. The unpleasant smell of the body comes from the armpits, and according to the Chinese Medicine theories, sweat that accumulates in the armpits is the source of the odor.
Individuals with a damp heat body constitution give out a relatively stronger smell, and other accompanying symptoms include chest tightness, appetite loss, a bitter taste in the mouth, fatigue, low urine output, and yellowish urine. Genetics might be the problem, but an individual who consumes spicy, greasy, heavily flavored food can also cause heat and dampness to accumulate in the body.
Spraying perfume or deodorant excessively will only intensify the odor! To get to the root of the problem, it is best to drink rice water daily and consume herbal tea that can clear the heat and dispel dampness from the body. Adjust our lifestyle and dietary habits by cutting down on meat and heaty, deep-fried, spicy, heavily flavored and greasy food like curry. Avoid drinking beer, milk tea, and coffee as well.
Tea to relieve odor
Effects: Clears heat and relieves irritability. Promotes fluid production. Relieves symptoms of body odor.
Ingredients: 20g coix seed, 15g smilax
Preparation: Combine all ingredients into a pot with 1000ml of water and cook for 30 minutes. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days.
Note: Not suitable for those with a weak spleen and stomach or those who easily cause diarrhea.

隨着年紀增長,新陳代謝減慢,如食量與年輕時不變,當然容易變胖。而從中醫角度來看,肝、脾、腎虛弱都會引致中年男士害怕面對的問題:肝血不足腎氣虛,頭髮容易變白或脫落,脾虛濕盛則容易變胖、水腫、疲倦不願動。至於面油問題則是濕熱體質人士的症狀,他們怕熱又易出汗,汗液比較黃而多帶有臭味。肝脾腎需慢慢調理,先解決濕熱問題吧!飲食宜清淡,多吃祛濕食物如薏米、赤小豆、綠豆、苦瓜等;避免喝咖啡、奶茶、啤酒;減少油膩感,人都精神一點。
食材小貼士:
茯苓性平,有利水滲濕、健脾安神的作用,適合各種體質人士。
節瓜荷葉薏米花生湯
功效:清熱利濕,消腫減肥,紓緩身體四肢困重、肥胖等症狀。
材料:節瓜2個、荷葉30克、乾海帶約60克(或新鮮海帶一塊)、生薏米30克、茯苓15克、赤小豆40克、花生30克
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,乾海帶泡水備用,節瓜去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup to eliminate ‘greasiness’, avoid being an oily middle-aged man
Do you have the impression that all middle-aged men look the same? They have become plumper, with a beer belly and a receding hairline. Besides experiencing balding at the crown, some of their faces look oily too. Do all middle-aged men really look like this?
As we age, our metabolism reduces. If we still maintain the dietary habits that we had in our youth, we can gain weight easily. From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, weakness in the liver, spleen and kidneys is the primary cause for middle-aged men’s problems.
The lack of blood in the liver and the weakness of qi in the kidneys would cause hair to turn gray or drop easily. Weakness in the spleen and the accumulation of dampness in the body can cause us to look plump, experience fatigue and water retention. As for individuals with oily faces, that is related to damp heat body constitution. They have aversion to heat and sweat easily, and their sweat would leave a yellow stain with a bad odor on their clothes.
It is important to care for the liver, spleen and kidneys. Since we are in the summer season, let us solve the damp heat problem first! Start by eating a lighter diet and consume ingredients that can dispel dampness from the body, such as coix seed, rice bean, green bean, and bitter gourd. Avoid drinking coffee, milk tea, and beer. By cutting down on greasy food, we should become more energetic.
Tip on the ingredients:
Poria with hostwood is mild in nature. It helps to promote diuresis, dispel dampness, strengthen the spleen and calm the mind. Suitable for all body types.
Hairy gourds and lotus leaf soup with coix seeds and peanuts
Effects: Clears heat and dispels dampness, reduces swelling and aids weight loss. Relieves heaviness in body and limbs, obesity.
Ingredients:
2 hairy gourds, 30g lotus leaf, 60g dried seaweed(or 1 piece of fresh seaweed), 30g coix seeds, 15g poria with hostwood, 40g rice beans, 30g peanuts
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak the dried seaweed. Cut the peeled hairy gourds into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

[10 REASONS WHY ASIANS DON'T GET FAT]
Now of course, there are Asians who are fat or chubby, so the title is a bit of a generalized statement or stereotype, but as a whole, there's definitely some truth to it. Genetics is an obvious factor so I'm gonna leave that one off the list.
1. Fish & Seafood
Asians eat a lot of seafood. The biggest benefit to eating fish is the omega-3 fatty acids. Fish gives our brain and body the DHA & EPA it needs. EPA in particular has been shown to prevent obesity. 1.5 to 2 grams daily of fish oil can produce weight loss of a couple pounds over a period of a month.
2. Cooking Methods
If you compare Western and Asian eating habits, sure they both consume deep fried foods, but Asian countries vary their cooking methods a lot more.
3. Food Perception
How people see and experience food can be different depending on where you are. In America, for example, food is seen more as entertainment. There is desire, joy and anticipation associated with eating. Not that it isn't in Asian countries, but it's a lot more toned down. Eating has more of a practical feel, in many cases closer to being a chore rather than entertainment.
4. Portion Size
Asians eat smaller portions. Food is often served in small serving bowls and small plates and this helps regulate how much is consumed in one sitting. Now if we take a look at America? SUPERSIZE!
5. Leafy Greens
Asian portion size in general might be smaller, but their vegetable portion size is consistently larger. In many Asian countries, people don't even need to be reminded to eat their veg. It's just ingrained.
6. Drink Habits
It is a common belief that drinking water, especially cold water, with your meal is a habit that one should avoid, as it dilutes your digestive enzymes and makes it harder for your stomach to digest food. Americans often drink cold water or sodas with their meals, not so much for Asian people however. Rather they drink hot teas before or after a meal. I should note that many experts say this is greatly exaggerated and that it's generally ok to drink water with your meals.
7. Population Density
Many Asian countries & cities are densely populated. There are lots of people living in small apartments and almost everything you need is just round the corner. Leading one to possibly conclude that many Asian people must exert less energy in their daily lives. In actuality, Asian people in this circumstance may end up walking more. With everything being in close proximity, they are more inclined to just walk to their destination, whereas in many Western countries, distances are often too great.
8. Fermented Foods
Asians consume more fermented foods such as miso, natto, tempeh, kimchi, kombucha, etc, and this is not just good for your gut health, but helps reduce the overall inflammation in the body. And inflammation is a contributing factor to weight gain and obesity.
9. Snacks & Desserts
This one's quite simple. Asian snacks, healthy, Western snacks, not so much. Asian snacks and desserts may be rice cakes, red beans, seaweed snacks, nuts, seeds, and lots of fruit. For Western snacks and desserts, you have cookies, chips, ice cream, sugary cakes.
10. Prevention vs Treatment
Asians practice prevention, while others practice treatment. With the Western approach, you have your antibiotics, antacids, NSAIDs, quick, temporary, remedies that might actually hurt you in the long run. The Asian approach attempts to get to the root of the problem using nutrition, healthy habits, prevention practices. It's a societal mindset. Health is not simply the absence of sickness.

If you want to get rid of fat, you need to stand up and move as many muscles as possible and challenge your body, which is what this workout aims to do.
These 4 exercises will target your upper thighs and hips in order to get rid of saddlebags. 45 seconds of workout with 15 seconds of rest for each exercise. Do you 5-10 minutes of warm up and let's workout together!
1) Curtsy Lunge with Deep Hop
2) Side Leg Raises with Jumping Jacks
3) Kick, Duck & Switch (kickboxing)
4) High Knee with Side Kick
Beginners, do 2 sets. For those of you who are more advance, challenge yourself to 3 or 4 sets. For best results, do this workout 2-3 times weekly together with eating clean. Healthy eating is KEY to losing fat.
TIP: Do more KICKS for Slim Hips... All the best! =)
This workout burns an average of 70-100Cals.
