【#BF港股攻略】除牌股票想變廢紙無咁易！良心港企引進OTC平台助小股東脫手
上市公司被除牌後，意味著公司股票不能繼續在交易所買賣。由於香港目前未有專為私募股權而設的場外交易市場，小股東難道要眼白白看著手上股票變廢紙？
放心，雖然法律層面上，除牌公司的大股東無須回購小股東股份，但有交帶的良心企業不會置小股東於不顧。其實市面上一直有專為私募股權而設的電子交易平台。這類平台能確保有意出售及買入私募股權的買賣雙方，在合法安全的平方及時把握投資機會，完成交易。
這種交易平台在歐美已非新鮮事，當中不少公司更發展成熟。例如去年5月，美國當地行業龍頭Forge Global和SharesPost就正式合併，成為全球最大的私募股權交易平台； 而在英國的JP Jenkins則是當地歷史最悠久的交易平台，最近更推出JPJ Direct工具，為私人公司提供直接股東投資服務，無需透過經紀人就能進行交易。
要強調的是，雖然上市公司被除牌，但不等於財務狀況有問題。小股東可以先花時間了解公司的前景和營運，例如淨資產值、持有現金量等因素。因為公司業務並非依賴上市與否，只要有實力，除牌公司的業務仍然可以蒸蒸日上，持有股權的小股東仍然能夠獲利。
