為增加「就業金卡」持卡人間之交流，並強化政府與持卡人間的溝通平台以及配合政府振興經濟政策，國發會特於本(109)年9月11日舉辦「就業金卡宜蘭文化之旅暨交流晚宴」，邀請就業金卡持卡人一同前往宜蘭體驗好山好水與在地文化之國旅活動٩(｡・ω・｡)و
此行除讓持卡人親手製作宜蘭餅、品嚐宜蘭遠近馳名的櫻桃鴨及金車噶瑪蘭威士忌外，並參觀傳統藝術中心及觀賞表演，讓這些外國尖端人才有機會體驗臺灣傳統藝術之美。

In addition to making Yilan cakes and tasting the famous cherry valley roasted duck, as well as the King Car Kavalan whisky, cardholders also visited the national center for traditional arts and watched performances, which gave these foreign top talents a chance to experience the beauty of Taiwan's traditional art.
