真的好羨慕那些怎麼吃都不會胖的人或者是天生體脂肪或瘦的人,還常常掛在嘴邊說我這麼吃都吃不胖啊!我要增重!我要增肥!
像我這些只是喝水都會胖的人,加上年紀大了新陳代謝也沒以前好!
真的只能靠運動和注意自己平時吃的東西 食物來維持自己的身材。

I really envy people who don’t get fat no matter how they eat, or people who are naturally thin, and often say that I can’t get fat even if I eat a lot! Then said want to gain weight!
People like me just drink water will get fat, and my metabolism is not as good as I used to be when I get older!
I really can only maintain my figure by exercising gym workout training and paying attention to what I usually eat.
