Jensen Huang CEO ของ Nvidia ได้เผยเรื่องดังกล่าวนี้ผ่านทางช่วง Q&A ของงาน GTC Digital Event เมื่อวันก่อน ซึ่งเขาได้ยืนยันว่าในเวลานี้ชิปเซ็ตของการ์ดจอ RTX 3080 และ 3090 กำลังขาดตลาดจริง ๆ และกว่าจะกลับมาเติมสต๊อกได้ ก็น่าจะใช้เวลาถึงปี 2021 เลยทีเดียว

"3080 และ 3090 ประสบปัญหาในเรื่องความต้องการ ไม่ได้มาจากปัญหาทางด้านการขนส่ง" Jensen กล่าวกับทาง Tom's Hardware "ความต้องการของมันนั้นสูงเกินกว่าที่เราคาดเอาไว้ และเราก็คาดหวังว่ามันจะมีของเยอะขึ้นกว่านี้"
