今天是鋼鐵媽媽的生日，年齡則跟去年一樣，還是43歲，永遠停留在43歲，而我們呢，只會越來越老，鋼鐵媽媽媽是最大的贏家。❤️👱🏻♀️❤️
鋼鐵媽媽陪伴山姆一起度過了20次的生日，陪伴Andrew一起度過了6次的生日，但今年開始，則是Andrew與山姆一起陪伴著鋼鐵媽媽度過一輩子的生日了。

🎂 Birthday 🎉
43 歲，是大嬸的年紀了。那就讓我發揮大嬸碎碎念的精神，撈叨一下。
2019、2020 這兩年，實在太辛苦，尤其今年。今天應該來慶祝我的重生，讓我和 Andrew 和山姆可以繼續在一起。
雖然身體仍受著折磨，只能用意志力以及對醫生們感激的心，繼續我的美麗與哀愁。
三月的膿胸傷我體力太大；四月的刀，把罪魁禍手揪了出來讓我好轉很多，但仍每天與疼痛以及虛弱的身體交手，意志力起起伏伏，疑惑是否有「好」的那天。
43 年的歲月，有 20 年在跟身體和心理奮戰，將近生命一半的時間。我的青春年華，在醫院度過，在手術台上一次又一次。挑戰還沒完，我已做好準備，為了愛我的人繼續堅持到最後一刻。（這算勇氣嗎？還是一種糾纏？）
6/8 先生的生日，原先想打起精神，打扮體面（不再穿著睡衣）和他去吃一頓久違的大餐，6/7號大半夜的，我發燒了。
生日午餐取消。
當天傍晚繼續發燒。
原因不明，身體軟趴趴。
藏在枕頭下面的也卡片忘記給。
昨天洗完澡，對著床一邊發呆一邊吹頭髮，突然不知道我過到哪天了？定下心，努力思考，才發現昨晚忘記了。天啊！在一起 20 年，第一次發生這種事。
今天為了圓兒子想幫媽媽慶生熱切的心，打算要去飯店住上一晚，就吃、喝、玩，都在飯店。我累了直接回房間睡覺。
出門前仍微燒。
有人越老越不愛過生日。
但我卻愛生日、愛節慶、愛趴踢！這些天和每一天都值得我好好慶祝，畢竟它們得來不易。
不管是為了兒子，抑或是自己，仍決定衝了！
我
想
過
生
日
我想好好過日子。
吃完午飯媽媽已經坐不住，虛了。
回房睡覺。
兒子和爸爸獨佔泳池。
不是樂觀使然，而是生命的迫使：有時像是數饅頭，分分秒秒都難熬；有時像中了樂透，與身體相安無事；有時一不小心掉入了深淵，爬不出來，卻仍要擠出微笑；有時一點點生命的小感動我便相信這一切都值得⋯⋯
祝 43 歲的我，珍惜得來不易的生命，繼續發揮不倒翁的精神，傻傻向前：不回頭，不管明天，就過好今天。繼續創造與家人、朋友更多美好的回憶。

I don’t know where to begin about my 20 years of physical and mental torture. I spent my glorious twenties, in and out of hospitals, getting surgeries again and again.
I am who I am.
43 is my real age, but I feel like I can also be 6, Just like Andrew; happy, loving, goofy, and wanting to be super heroes!
The badass in my body won’t let go easily, but, guess what? “I can do this all day.”
There’s no turning back. “Giving up” is not in my dictionary, at least not yet!

As I was telling a good friend of mine in 2021. The best Ham for Pairing with German White Asparagus? It has to be Black Forest hams (PGI) 德國黑森林火腿 🇩🇪🌲🌲🌲🍗🥓, which are uniquely Pine Conifer & Fir smoked 🪔🕯️, also cured with regional Juniper Berries, Spices, etc. Very terroir driven
I am not even sure if this is my personal preference but they work so well, it's one of those Wonder Marriages in the Food World 🗺, where u feel like you're co-habiting at once with the forest. I guess that's unless you're French haha, that would be another White Asparagus story.. 😜

This is one of my favourite duets of all time and the lyrics (and the subtle things behind the song..etc) are very beautiful & meaningful. If you think of anyone while watching this video, I hope you can send it to them to let them know the impact they’ve had on your life.
I have liked For Good since the first time I heard the song and have always wanted to record a cover of it, but never quite found someone I thought would be the right person to sing this song with me. When I started cosplaying as Magnus and later came across the Edom scene in Shadowhunters, where the characters were potentially separating from each other forever, I knew this was it. Plus, there are other similarities between Glinda & Elphaba in Wicked and Alec & Magnus from Shadowhunters (feel free to comment to let me know what you come up with).
Doing a cover of this song while cosplaying characters from one of my favourite shows, I knew I had to go the extra mile. The amount of time and effort spent along with the things I had to learn, get and do to pull it off was kind of insane, but worth it at the same time (lost track of how many all-nighters were involved.

I spent the entire day with my daughter the other day. She spoke Japanese and English to me all day long and it was the cutest thing ever. Our daughter is becoming quite the little talker! She's two years old, but we are speaking to her in English and Japanese, so I guess you could say we are raising a bilingual child. We are an American and Japanese bicultural family, and we upload videos about our life in Japan. I (Aishah) am American and my husband (Taka) is Japanese. 《この動画をオンライン英会話とか英語の勉強にどうやって使う？》
「聞き流し英語」的な感じでこの動画を是非見てください。私達のチャンネルで、実際にネイティブが使っている英語の文法も使っていますし、変にスピードも落としていませんので、このスピードにある程度慣れてたら、海外に行ったらばっちりなはずです！
ですので、是非こちらの動画で英語のリスニングの勉強していただければと思います！
なお、英語のリスニング力アップのためのこの動画のベストな活用方法があります。４ステップ法
①まず、動画を最初見る時に、日本語の字幕を見ながら楽しく動画を最初から最後まで見る。このステップは「英語を勉強する」ステップではなく、単純に「動画の内容」と「ストーリーの展開」を覚えるステップです。つまり、英語・日本語関係なく、この動画で何が起きているかを理解することがステップ１です。ここであまり英語の勉強を気にしなくてもいいです。
②もう一度動画を見るけど、今度は、各フレーズ（気になるフレーズ）を１つ１つ丁寧に聞いて、英語と日本語の字幕（両方とも）一緒に読んで、英語のフレーズ（英語の表現）や言い方を意識する。一時停止したり、巻き戻したりすると理解しにくい英語の表現を理解できるかもしれません。信じがたいですが、私達の動画に本当に「知っておくべき英語」が厳選されています。なのでどのフレーズを学んでも損ではありません。「生きた英会話」と思っていただければと思います。
③もう一度動画を見る。今後は、日本語の字幕を絶対に見ないで動画を見る。理解できない場合は、絶対に英語の字幕だけを見る。なので、このステップは、「海外に留学したばかりの人になった気分」。つまり、日本語に頼らないステップ。
④英語の字幕と日本語の字幕、どれも全く読まないでで最初から最後まで動画をもう一度見る。 絶対に、自分の理解度に驚くはずです。１００％は理解できないかもしれないが、聞く前と比較すると本当にビビるぐらい英語力が伸びる。「ええ？これだけで英語力が上がるの？」と思われる方が多いと思うけど、4回も同じ箇所を見ているので、それだけで思っている以上に英語が身についている（同じ歌を４回聞けばなんとなく歌えると一緒）。留学する時に、こういう風にみんな学ぶ。因みに幼児も同じように言語を学ぶ。
この４つのステップを踏んだ後に、もしまだ動画の内容が完璧に理解できないということであれば、リスニング聞き取れなかった箇所だけに戻り、更に２-３回を聞くことがお勧めです。
