[What I eat since last update?] throw back to the highlight of food I have put in my tummy since last update. On Mid-Autumn Festival, sadly I can't have mooncake, and i want 流心奶黃 so badly :( (still), tried to make my own mooncake (upper left corner) but failed. But on that day I had my first try of bolognese with my loved one xx simple but very happy.
Bolognese made with 5% fat minced beef, 0kcal oil, 0kcal tomato sauce, huge amount of onions, soy sauce and salt (optional), 0kcal maple syrup and erythritol (optional)
