京都│「京」喜連連純素早餐

驚喜1. 有多久沒吃到西式早餐裡的Pancakes (薄烤餅)？這家居然有純素版，而且是朱古力味道，在無蛋奶的情況下，口感卻能維持這麼鬆軟，更厲害的是搭配的雪糕，原材料竟然是...米？！非常非常... 好吃！

驚喜2. 這家店在早餐的時段居然有意大利飯，對於一個超愛意大利飯的我怎麼可以拒絕呢？結果讓我非常驚喜，在京都竟能吃到這麼美味的料理！意大利飯的濕度剛剛好，加上他們店的自家製純素芝士 (對，他們有賣自己品牌的純素芝士)，吃起來，讓我感覺到幸福，我跟旅伴根本沒時間閒聊，一口接一口的狂吃！

驚喜3. 店裡到處擺放著營養書藉和雜誌，有蔬食、生食 (裸食)、疾病，客人可以隨意拿來閱讀，也可以購買。然後我發現，原來這家咖啡館的創辦人是一名醫生，樓上更有她的診所！這實在太意外了吧！

所以如果你或你朋友家人，還在質疑蔬食給身體帶來的影響是好是壞的話，來這家連醫生也在用實際行動告訴你蔬食有多好的純素咖啡館吧，一定會讓你大開眼界呢~

Found a Vegan Cafe that surprises me a lot in Kyoto~

Surprise 1. How long have you not eaten Pancakes in a Western breakfast? This cafe has a vegan version, and it is a chocolate flavor. In the absence of egg and milk, the taste can be kept so soft and moist, and the most amazing part is the matching with ice cream, it is actually ... made by RICE? ! Very very... delicious!

Surprise 2. This cafe provides risotto during the breakfast time. How can I not order it as a risotto-lover? As a result, I was very surprised that I can enjoy such delicious meals in Kyoto! The humidity of the risotto is just right, plus their own vegan cheese (yes, they have their own brand of vegan cheese), it made me feel blessed, I even have no time to chat with my travel companion, I was too busy and focus with my RISOTTO!

Surprise 3. There are many nutrition books and magazines everywhere in the cafe, topic including vegan foods, raw foods and diseases. Customers can read them and buy them. Then I found out that the founder of this cafe is a doctor and her beauty clinic was just upstairs! This is really unexpected!

So if you or your friends and family are still questioning if the impact of vegan diet on the body is good or bad, come here! Because even the doctor is telling you how good the vegan diet is by opening this cafe. It will surprise you~

板桥巷角的cafe、也可称得上是人気甜点屋。走的不是华丽法国风而是朴实的邻家女孩路线。。。
食后感：饼干好像比蛋糕赞

人气第一的小山圆抹茶戚风蛋糕：
蛋糕质感绵密、有别于蓬松的口感。外层的抹茶巧克力已经够甜、我觉得不需额外倒上抹茶白巧克力酱

柚子茶香起士蛋糕
柚子部分是甜上加甜、比较钟意下层的铁观音部分（虽然味道是微微的）

绿巨人達可瓦兹
经典法式dacquoise再重现、抹茶奶油部分本身很抹茶、只可惜味道被柚子和dacquoise蛋糕体盖住了

This popular cafe that’s located near Ban Qiao Station offers a selection of chiffon cakes, pound cakes, cookies etc. The signature matcha chiffon which uses Kyoto Uji matcha is quite unlike the usual airy bouncy chiffon cakes here. Would probably return for the black sesame chiffon next time

이번에는 오사카에 있는 여자들이 좋아할만한 장소에 갔다왔어요. 나카자키쵸 카페거리입니다. 이미 여자들이 많았지만 앞으로 화제가 돼서 더 사람이 많아지겠다고 생각을 했어요!! 느낌있는 가게와 골목이 많아서 돌아다니는게 너무너무 재미있었어요. 오사카에서 교토로 여행가시는 분들 오시면 좋을 것 같아요.

今回は大阪にある、女子が好きそうな場所に行ってきました。中崎町カフェ通りです。もう女性は沢山いらっしゃいましたが、これから話題になってもっと人が増えるんじゃないかと思いました！
雰囲気のあるお店と道が多いので、ブラブラするのが本当に楽しかったです。大阪から京都に旅行する方たちいらっしゃればと思います。

I went to place which women love in osaka. It is Nakazakicho cafe street. There are many women already, I think it will be fomous more than now. I like pretty store and street. I recommend here for tourist from Osaka to Kyoto.

Around Lunar New Year, in January or February, a snowy corner of Akita prefecture hosts the Hiburi Kamakura Festival, the Fire and Snow Festival. The event, which marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring, involves the welcoming of good spirits, or kami. During the first part of the Hiburi Kamakura Festival, a shrine is constructed in the spirits’ honour, and is decorated with offerings and good luck charms. As the night goes on, a bonfire is lit, and bales of hay and charcoal are tied up with lengths of straw rope. Those participating in the Hiburi dance prepare by wrapping their hair in headscarves and slipping their hands into protective gloves, to stop them from getting singed. Visiting stuffy old temples may not seem like the most exciting activity for kids to do, but there are thousands of fascinating temples and shrines in Japan. Gotokuji, for example, is one of the luckiest temples in Tokyo as it is the birthplace of maneki-neko. Gotokji is home to over 10,000 of these cat figurines, which are believed to bring good luck. A classic maneki-neko looks like a Japanese bobtail cat with a calico coat, but the friendly feline now comes in all types and colours. Typically, one or both paws are raised. They are often called ‘waving cats’ in English because of the position of the paw, but in Japan, this gesture, with the palm facing down, is used to beckon someone towards you. As for transportation, it takes 4 hours to get from Tokyo station to Akita station via the Akita Komachi Bullet Train.
It costs around ¥17,000($160 USD) however if you have the JR pass you just have to pay the small fee of the reserved seat on the Shinkansen(all seats are reserved).

Or if you are going up to Hokkaido or coming back down from Hokkaido, you can change at the Shin-Aomori station and take the local JR train down to Odate station.

Going back to Tokyo from Shin-Aomori station is also possible by taking the Hayabusa bullet train. (Around ¥17,000)

Even though Akita is in Japan, each prefecture is so unique in it's own way - I learned so much from this trip and could see a different side of Japan.. I hope to share this kind of Japan more and more with you through my channel :)
