🌸食譜:
炎炎夏日食慾不振,甚至到了秋天仍然是艷陽高照沒胃口,這時候就特別需要清爽的涼拌菜來刺激味蕾。
今天加上創意,讓味噌與雪碧碰撞全新的火花,作法超級簡單,重點是味道太搭了!根本相見恨晚!
這還是一道萬用的小菜,無論是單吃品味、配飯配粥提味、搭炸物解膩都很適合。沒吃完的味噌小黃瓜也易於保存,冰箱冷藏7天不是問題,但還是趁新鮮儘早食用完畢喔!

📌影片小撇步
1.不加雪碧也可改用米酒70克加砂糖50克取代雪碧。但汽水中的碳酸鈉還有保持小黃瓜翠綠的優點。
2.用鹽或用糖脫生皆可,看自己喜歡偏甜還是偏鹹的風味,因為味噌較鹹,我偏好用糖脫生。
3.味噌太多品牌,蠻多品牌很鹹,建議要酌量調整,甚至額外增加2-3大匙的糖調整甜度。

小黃瓜750克
砂糖2大匙(脫生)
{醃漬醬}
味噌90-100克
雪碧100克
砂糖2-3大匙
🌸若買的味噌較鹹口可以額外加入2-3大匙的糖綜合或減少味噌份量

色香味俱全的「蒼蠅頭」可說是一道超級下飯料理,不小心一鍋飯就瞬間秒殺啦!
蒼蠅頭這道又鹹又辣的料理,卻是由台灣師傅研發的台菜料理,只是因為在川菜館中販賣,就被誤會為川菜!炒過的豆豉一顆顆黑的就像蒼蠅的頭一樣,因此這道菜取名為「蒼蠅頭」。
韭菜花的花蕊本身的味道很淡,而且水份比較高,很多餐廳在做蒼蠅頭時,會去除花蕊的部份,因為如果留著花蕊一起炒,很怕會水水爛爛的,通常會直接把花蕊給去除掉。但其實韭菜花連花吃是沒問題的,韭菜花花蕊本身無毒,可以安心吃。某些強調全食物全營養概念的專家,會特別提倡食物的每個部份都能食用。只要注意花蕊的部份易出水軟爛,最後起鍋前再下就可以解決出水軟爛的問題囉!
所以到底要不要去除花蕊就看個人,料理很自由的,開心就好!

最近一些工作要求,我必須要先出示三天內的快篩檢結果,所以我買了一大盒在家,這次也第一次跟老婆一起快篩。我的反應算是很正常,只是採樣的時候一直打噴嚏。
不過老婆相當怕這個檢查,我幫她搓鼻子快篩棒的時候,她發抖😭最後哭了!其實這不是痛啦!我覺得癢癢而已,而且蠻多人跟我們一樣居家自行進行快篩。
希望我的影片清楚的告訴大家整個快篩細節,我盡量慢慢的拍,好好介紹給你們整個過程。請放心,真的不痛😄 老婆自己過度緊張而已❤️ 沒事的👍🏻
