I never thought I would say this but I teared watching How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, especially at the moving, heartwarming ending.
It's my favourite in the series and came as a timely, poignant reminder that all good things come to an end. Sometimes, we have to unbearably face the inevitable and learn to let go, no matter how hard. Yup, seeing the all matured Hiccup with tears streaming down his face made me do the same too because it's never easy saying goodbye.
On the positive side, Toothless finally found the love of his life - a beautiful, powerful female Night Fury (swipe to watch a sneak peek). Together, they venture into The Hidden World which is a colourful, magical paradise and the source of all dragons.
What started as an unlikely friendship between an adolescent Viking and a fearsome dragon has become an epic adventure and the tale of a lifetime as we witness how the friendship between these two best friends transcends the dimensions of time and space.
The movie opens in cinemas on 31 January. There are no post-credits scene but wow, that surprise and soul-stirring ending, you have to watch it to feel it for yourself.
