人到中年就要面對脫髮問題,很多人認為脫髮源自遺傳,男生望着爸爸的髮型,就可預視到自己將來的模樣。脫髮問題的確與基因遺傳有關,但後天生活習慣的影響也不少,現代人生活壓力大、用腦過度,所以有不少人在學生時期已面對脫髮煩惱,再加上飲食不節、經常電髮染髮、經常熬夜、性生活頻繁,人到中年腎精衰退,脫髮問題自然更明顯。
如果你發現脫髮明顯增多,甚至髮線後移,就要及早正視問題。中醫理論認為「髮為血之餘」、「腎主骨主髓,其華在髮」,氣血旺盛及腎氣充足的人頭髮較為烏黑濃密有光澤。改善脫髮問題由生活做起,保持充足睡眠、減少熬夜、適當減壓。食補方面注重滋陰養腎、調補氣血,多進食黑豆、黑芝麻、黑木耳、山藥、韭菜、核桃、枸杞子等食物。如有需要可以進行中醫針灸,帶動氣血至頭皮,刺激毛孔疏通。

Hereditary hair loss is inevitable?
Hair loss seems to be a common problem for people in their middle age, and many people believe it is hereditary. It is common for men to look at their fathers and predict how their hair will look like in the future.
No doubt hair loss is a hereditary problem, but our lifestyle have an impact on it too. People these days lead a stressful life and overtax their brains. A lot of them have actually experienced hair fall when they are still studying. The problem gets worse when we often stay up late, dye and perm our hair frequently, engage in excessive intercourse, and are not mindful of our diet. This is why many people experience severe hair loss problems when they hit the middle age.
Early detection can help us tackle the problem before it aggravates further. Chinese Medicine theories believe that the blood is closely associated with the hair, as the kidneys govern the bones and bone marrow, and the hair reflects the essence of the organ. Individuals who are rich in the qi and blood and those with a strong qi in the kidneys would normally have darker, thicker, and lustrous hair.
Start tackling the problem by adjusting our lifestyle. Get enough sleep, stop being a night owl, and learn to relieve stress. Eat foods that can nourish the yin and kidneys and replenish the qi and the blood. Consume ingredients such as black bean, black sesame seeds, black fungus, Chinese yam, chives, walnut, and wolfberry. If need be, go for acupuncture to improve the circulation of the qi and blood in the scalp.

Tech For Good Asia, along with Solis Strategy, co-organised a webinar to discuss the difficulties that the elderly encountered during the pandemic and how technology could help them overcome the barriers and stay connected.
Session 2 – How technology can support the elderly during the pandemic?
The social distancing measures and travel restrictions have disrupted everyone’s ordinary routine. It was particularly hard for the elderly to adapt to such drastic changes. In this session, we have invited speakers from AlipayHK, Facebook and the medical sector to share with us how new technology could improve the quality of life of the elderly during the pandemic.
In this part, Mr. Simon Leung (Head of Business Development, AlipayHK) and Ms. Maggie Tam (Public Policy Manager, Facebook) further discussed some examples on their platforms of how Seniors and others make use of their technology tools to stay healthy and provide psychological support during the pandemic and even lockdown periods.

My Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra was updated with new camera feature (May 2020 firmware). There's new Close-up macro zoom feature on S20 Ultra. Do S20 and S20 + has this new feature too? The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is getting that dedicated Close-Up Zoom function, which is specially-designed to improve the phone’s focus performance at close range.
The image quality of the Night mode has been improved as well. Other enhancements that are exclusive to the Ultra include a more responsive fingerprint reader and better sound quality from the speaker.
