CHOCOLATE CHIP RICE BUBBLE COOKIES

BAHAN-BAHANNYA:-
250 grams Salted Butter, suhu bilik tapi jangan lembik
160 grams Crispy Rice Bubbles (boleh kurangkan sedikit jika mahu dan boleh guna yang Putih atau Brown Rice Bubbles)
120 grams Gula Pasir (Ini memang Danish buat tak manis, jadi sila tambah jika suka sedikit manis)
2 biji Telur Gred A
350 grams Tepung Gandum*
1 suduteh Baking Soda* (*diayak bersama dalam 1 bekas)
2 sudu teh Vanilla Extract/Essence
175 grams Dark Chocolate Chips (atau boleh guna 1/2 Milk Chips + 1/2 Dark Chips jika suka sedikit manis)
INFO TAMBAHAN:-
Danish guna scoop saiz 3cm. Kuantiti berapa banyak cookies yang boleh dihasilkan bergantung kepada saiz cookies.
Pastikan Crispy Rice Bubbles dan semua bahan masih dalam keadaan yang baik untuk dapatkan hasil yang sama seperti Danish buat. Pastikan juga Butter dalam suhu bilik tapi tidak lembik kerana ini akan buat cookies jadi kembang dan flat. Bahan-bahan boleh ikut budget masing-masing. Manis cookies juga akan bergantung pada jenis chocolate chips yang digunakan.
Bakar cookies dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu selama 18-20 minit pada suhu 160°C (ini bergantung pada suhu oven masing-masing)
Biarkan cookies sejuk didalam baking tray sebelum di alihkan. Simpan cookies dalam bekas kedap udara dengan suhu bilik.

The Ingredients :-
250 grams of salted butter, room temperature but don't be a sissy
160 Grams Crispy Rice Bubbles (can reduce a little if you want and can use the white one or brown rice bubbles)
120 grams of sugar sugar (this is really danish not sweet, so please add if you like a little sweet)
2 eggs grade a
350 grams of wheat flour *
1 SUDUTEH BAKING SODA * (* jokingly together in 1 Containers)
2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract / essence
175 Grams Dark Chocolate Chips (or can use 1/2 milk chips + 1/2 dark chips if you like a little sweet)
Extra Info :-
Danish Uses Scoop Size 3 CM. The Quantity of how many cookies can be produced depending on the size of cookies.
Make sure the crispy rice bubbles and all the ingredients are still in good condition to get the same results as Danish did. Make sure butter is in room temperature but not a sissy because this will make cookies become kembang and flat. Ingredients can follow their own budget. Sweet cookies will also depend on the type of chocolate chips that are used.
Burn cookies in a heated oven first for 18-20 minutes at a temperature of 160°C (this depends on their respective oven temperature)
Let the cookies be cold in the baking tray before being diverted. Save Cookies in an airtight container with room temperature.

Hi, everyone :) Today we'll going to show you how to make Classic French Orange-Scented Madeleines (Madeleines à l'orange) !
The madeleine is a traditional french cake(or cookies?) from Lorraine region of the northeastern France. They taste dense and moist inside, and crispy on the outside. It’s a perfect accompaniment to your afternoon cup of tea. To make madeleines, you require a madeleine pan to get that famous shell shape. But trust me, it’s very easy to make. Madeleines à l'orange recipes / Classic Orange-Scented Madeleines
❋ MAKES 6-7 madeleines
Ingredients
* unsalted butter 55g
* sugar 45g
* cake flour 60g
* egg at room temp, 1 (about 50g)
* aluminum free baking powder 2.5g
* orange 1
☞ For the Syrup
* water 40g
* sugar 30g
* orange juice 10g

Instructions
1. Butter pan lightly and dusk flour to coat. Place the pans in the freezer.
2. In a medium bowl, put the sugar and then grate the zest of orange . Stir together with your fingers until it’s well mixed. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg with the orange sugar until well-combined, the egg mixture will be thick and pale in color.
4. Sift the flour and baking powder, and gently fold into egg mixture.
5. Place the batter in the freezer for 1 hour.
6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then keep it warm(about 60°c).
7. Pour warm butter to the cold batter. Gently fold into batter until fully incorporate.
8. Remove the madeleine pans from the freezer. Fill 70~80% full with the batter. Repeat the process and fill in the same way.
9. Preheat the oven to 230°C and bake for 6 min, then reduce to 150°C and bake for 10-12 min
10. Meanwhile, heat water and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Simmer until thickened. Remove from heat and add 10g orange juice and stir well. Allow to cool.
11. Gently unmold madeleines onto a wire rack to cool. Shell-side down.
12. Gradually brush the syrup over the cake. Allow to cool completely. And Enjoy :-)
