How do I train my abs? I never stick to one abs workout. I do standing abs HIIT, slow and controlled Mat workout for ABS, abs with socks / stability ball, with dumbbells, with gym machines.
All works on differently and yet it gives me the result that I want. There’s no one specific abs workout that promise a constant good abs line, that’s what I believe.
Sometimes add weights, can help to engage Core better, because you just simply have to activate the core, if not you won’t be able to do the exercise.
So let’s work on mid trunk on Saturday. Upper abs, lower abs, obliques......
Ready your yoga mat, and wear training shoes. Ready your weight 3-5kg. For those who are stronger you can try prepare 7kg for some of the exercise

This was taken exactly 3 weeks ago.

In BioPrint/BioSignature, your sub-scapular reading via the calipers is an indication of how well your body handles insulin in response to eating carbohydrates. My sub-scap reading here is 6.2. The lower you are BELOW 10 means the better your ability to handle carbs

Since 3 weeks ago I've increased my carbs intake. Using high GI carbs which is fast digesting (refined) during and after training
.
So far, within 3 weeks I've became not only bigger due to fuller muscle glycogen replenishment after training but also leaner at the same time!

Veins are starting to pop up again in my chest, shoulders, abs and other places when I look into the mirror. So my calories intake has increased due to more refined carbs intake but all other food stayed the same and my work output remains the somewhat same (I never do cardio and only train about 1 hour 15 mins MAX per day. 4 times a week maybe?) but I got leaner and and even gain muscle mass supposedly.

Too good to be true?

Well this is me and this is my approach to become stronger, leaner and more muscular. Stay tune for my Inbody Results which will show the outcome of this

I will be measuring it next week (1 month results to gauge and proof that higher calories in particular higher carbs for me resulted in losing more body fat and increase muscle mass when you are INSULIN SENSITIVE)

Episode 3 - The Power of Attitude & Lower Body Workout
Mindset:
I can honestly say today was a lot harder as I felt very demotivated in the moment before going to the gym, and worse is that I gotta train some hardcore LEGS! However I had to snap myself out of it and bring out a positive Attitude in order to switch my Reality. So I took the time i needed to prepare my mind, and do it
Workout:
I've never trained legs twice a week, as I always thought that by loading it as much as I can in 1 session is more effective than splitting it into 2, however research has shown that if you trained legs twice a week you are more likely to build up more Lean Muscle Mass, I'll be updating to you on how I feel on the changes, and hopefully you can also try it out!
