老樹本身就是地球的殿堂，無須人為的修飾，老樹就是廟宇。

紅檜分佈海拔多在1800~2500公尺之間，生長速度快，但到某一階段後，紅檜會遭受藕朽菌的寄生、侵蝕，樹幹會由中心開始掏空，所以常可見到只留下外殼的紅檜，甚至可以走進中空的樹心。但這不代表樹木已經死亡，只要樹皮還活著，就能繼續吸收水分跟養分。


眠月神木和台灣知名的幾株神木，如大安溪神木、已放倒的阿里山神木、鹿林神木、塔塔加夫妻樹和司馬庫斯的大老爺，都是存在台灣超過千年的老紅檜。因為中空的樹幹逃過被採伐的命運，得已繼續在山林中生長。


其中眠月神木排行第四，並非最粗壯的一株，但是它的年齡據估應該是最老邁的，推算有4100年之久，大致和古文明誕生同期，來自遙遠的過去，仰望它就像在憑弔一座活生生的古蹟。


#抱樹運動

抱樹運動（Chipko Andolan，也譯作契普克），一種社會運動的形式，以環抱住樹木的方式，來阻止樹木被砍伐，自然環境被開發。這種抗議的方式源自印度，受到甘地真理堅固與非暴力運動的啟發。


1973年4月在印度的喜馬拉雅山區發起。由於原始森林被大量砍伐，使得當地婦女依賴於原始森林的生計被剝奪。她們承襲了聖雄甘地的非暴力運動方式，由村民抱住大樹來阻攔砍伐行為。運動成功地向政府索賠了所受到的損失，並且政府承諾在15年內禁止伐木。（資料來源：Wiki）


現在抱樹不僅被視為環保運動，某方面也具有安定身心的功效，甚至被採用為一種治癒心靈的療程。美國人的野外守則 Hug-A-Tree 就是抱持相同看法，認為在迷路的時候不要驚慌，最好的方法就是抱著一棵樹並深呼吸，讓自己冷靜下來後思考正確的解救辦法。


所以這就是 #樹懶 總是看起來很冷靜的原因。（亂講）

"ไข่ไก่สีดำ มันเป็นไปได้อย่างไร"

วันนี้ ทางเพจ "อิอ้น ด้นสด" ได้โพสต์ภาพจากรายการทีวีของญี่ปุ่น ที่ทดลองให้แม่ไก่กินอาหารที่มีสีดำ เป็นเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ พบว่าไข่ที่ได้ออกมานั้น ตอกแล้ว ส่วนที่เป็นไข่แดงกลับกลายเป็นสีดำสนิทอย่างน่าแปลกใจ .... มันเป็นไปได้อย่างไรกัน ?

วันนี้เพจท่องเที่ยวอย่าง อิอ้น ด้นสด ได้โพสต์เรื่องการทดลองไข่ไก่ในรายการทีวีประเทศญี่ปุ่น ( https://www.facebook.com/eontdontsod/posts/1899966236886965 ) ซึ่งเค้าอยากรู้ว่า ปรกติไก่จะไข่ออกมา แล้วส่วนไข่แดง (yolk) จะเป็นสีส้ม แต่ถ้าให้ไก่กินอาหารสีดำ ไข่ที่ออกมาจะยังเป็นสีส้มเหมือนเดิม หรือกลายเป็นสีดำ

ในรายการไม่ได้ระบุว่าอาหารสีดำที่ให้ไก่กินนั้น คืออะไรแน่ แต่ไก่ก็ได้กินเข้าไปจนครบ 2 สัปดาห์แล้ว ซึ่งทางรายการก็เก็บไข่มาตอกโชว์ พบว่าส่วนไข่แดงนั้นกลายเป็นสีดำ ส่วนไข่ขาวนั้นเป็นสีใสๆ เหมือนเดิม .... ยิ่งถ้าเอาไข่ที่ได้จากแต่ละวันไปต้มผ่าดู ก็ยิ่งเห็นชัดถึงลักษณะของการที่สีดำนั้น ค่อยๆ ซึมเข้าไปในส่วนไข่แดง จนกระทั่งดำทั้งใบในที่สุด

เรื่องนี้ไม่ได้แปลกมากอะไรนะ สีของส่วนไข่แดง (yolk) นั้นได้รับผลโดยตรง จากอาหารที่ไก่กินเข้าไป ยิ่งพวกไก่ที่เลี้ยงแบบตามมีตามเกิดของชาวบ้าน สีของส่วนไข่แดงจะยิ่งแตกต่างกันไป ตั้งแต่สีออกขาว เหลือง ส้ม แดง หรือแม้แต่เขียวมะกอด ขึ้นกับอาหารที่มันได้กิน

ปรกติแล้ว เกษตรกรจะให้ไก่กินอาหารที่มีองค์ประกอบเป็นสีเหลือง เช่น พวกแคโรทีน หรือ พวกแซนโทฟิลล์ เพื่อทำให้ส่วนไข่แดงนั้นมีสีสันสดสวยขึ้น ดังนั้น สีของส่วนไข่แดงที่ต่างกัน ก็ไม่ได้จำเป็นที่จะบอกถึงคุณภาพของไข่ว่ามีคุณค่าทางอาหารสูงกว่ากัน (เช่น ถ้าสีเข้มเพราะใช้แคโรทีน ไข่นั้นก็น่าจะมีวิตามินเอสูงขึ้น แต่ถ้าใช้แซนโทฟิลล์ ก็ไม่ได้มีคุณค่าอาหารสูงขึ้นอะไร)

แต่ถ้าจู่ๆ เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไก่ แล้วไข่ออกมาเป็นสีดำโดยไม่ได้ให้อาหารอะไรที่ผิดปรกติไป อันนี้เป็นสัญญาณเตือนว่าอาจเกิดปัญหากับสุขภาพของแม่ไก่ตัวนั้นๆ ได้ เช่น อาจจะมีการแตกของเส้นเลือดในระบบทางเดินอาหารของไก่ หรือมีการติดเชื้อติดปรสิตต่างๆ ได้ ยิ่งถ้าไข่ดำนั้นมีกลิ่นเหม็นเน่าด้วยนี่ ก็ใช่เลยนะ (ดูตัวอย่างใน https://www.backyardchickens.com/…/help-my-chicken-is-layi…/)

กลับมาที่ "ไข่ไก่ดำ" จากรายการทีวี มีคนสงสัยว่ามันกินได้มั้ย อันตรายมั้ย ผมว่าก็คงขึ้นกับสารสีดำที่เอามาให้ไก่กินแหล่ะ ถ้าเป็นสารเคมีที่ไม่ได้ไว้ใช้ทำอาหาร ก็อาจมีอันตรายได้ ไม่ควรกินนะ

ส่วนคำถามบนเพจ "อิอ้น ด้นสด" ที่ว่า ถ้าให้ไก่กินอาหารสีอื่น เช่น ม่วง เขียว ฟ้า แดง ชมพู ฯลฯ มันจะเปลี่ยนตามด้วยมั้ย ... ผมคาดว่ามันจะเปลี่ยนครับ แต่ก็คงต้องลองทดลองพิสูจน์ดูนะ

และอีกคำถามที่ว่า ถ้าคนกินอาหารสีดำ แล้วไข่จะดำมั้ย ... เอ่อ อันนี้ตัวใครตัวมันนะครับ 5555
