She has been reading my posts for quite some time. One day, she finally plucked up the courage to contact me. She told me the knowledge she learnt from my writing and videos were things that her Feng Shui master of a few years never taught her. Her family luck had not been improving. So she wished for me to help her analyse her Bazi and audit her home Feng Shui.

She told me she would send me her details in the night but I only received it the next day. There was no apology or explanation. It was as if things were taken for granted. Till I asked for it.

In the end, I declined to help her.

In June, a gentleman sought my help to analyse his Bazi. He said he would contact me again in July. But I only received his PM in September.

There was similarly no apology and explanation, till I asked for his reason for going back on his words. I advised him to seek another Master afterwards.

In March, a lady looked for me upon her friend's recommendation. She wanted Bazi analysis for herself and her husband. I told her that every one should be responsible for his/her own destiny, and asked for her husband to contact me personally.

In May, she PM me again, requesting for a date in July or August for both of them. I told her to proceed with the donation and send me the details.

But I only got the information in September and it was incomplete. There was no explanation and apology till I asked for her reason.

I did not take up the jobs but invited her to seek another Master. Throughout this time, I never received any message from her husband. The lady was still doing all the liaising.

Perhaps many people think that we Feng Shui practitioners are no different from the usual businessmen. If there is money, we will take it. Who cares whether the client lacks trustworthiness or morals, as long as we receive the red packet?

Well, I care.

When you say you will PM me at night, I will really make time to wait for you.

When you ask me to arrange a certain time to meet, I will really make the arrangement while waiting for your reply.

While I do give you the opportunity to explain why you went back on your words, do not come and tell me things like "I thought it's okay since I never give you my information".
If you do not have faith that you will do what you say, then don't say first. Because that constitutes a lie.

If you are unable to keep your word for whatever reason, take the initiative to explain and apologise. Don't act as if nothing happened.

You are busy. What a coincidence. So am I, if not more than you.

The first client said she was mentally prepared that I would not take up her case when she contacted me. This is a very bewildering mindset. If you are very keen to seek my service to help your family, ,why would you do something to screw it up?

Also, did you think I enjoy being loggerheads with money? 😄

If you can treat me so carelessly, you can easily treat others the same way too.

My job is to teach you how to move the obstacles away from your life, so that you can have a smoother development ahead.

This obstacle, simply put, is your bad habit.
Your bad habit forms your character, which establishes your destiny and goes on to create your future.

If you are unwilling to move this obstruction away, you will always face the same problems and sink into a vicious cycle. The problem never gets solved and you are unable to break free from the trajectory of your original destiny.

I am not an ordinary Feng Shui practitioner. What I can give you is not just a temporary tranquliser, for that does not cure the problem at its root. I am capable of telling you at what point in time your Destiny fell sick and the antidote to resolving it all.

However, if you are very used to making use the time and trust of others for your own convenience, and see nothing wrong with that, I am truly sorry. I am a bad choice for you. Please seek another more qualified Master.

【セルビア料理のご用意に関して重要なお知らせ】

カクテルバー・ネマニャはその名の通りバーとしてオープンしました。バーというのは飲食店の中では特殊な世界で、更にネマニャはその中でも少し異質な存在だと思います。ご常連様のお会計は数杯召し上がっていただき軽く１万円を超えることも多いです。通常の飲食店のお会計でこの価格は驚かれるでしょう。
その価格を「こんなに凄いのを飲めてこの会計だなんて良心的ですね！」と言われる事がありがたい事に多いです。そう仰っていただけるお酒の仕入れを心がけています
そうしたお客様方に支えられて、細々と６年営業してきました。

お食事もあくまでも来てくださっているお客様へのサービスの一環で始めました。セルビア料理も然りです。セルビアへの想いは別にして、「セルビア料理【を】食べる事ができるバー」ではなく、あくまでも「セルビア料理【も】食べる事が出来るバー」なのです。

それ故にネマニャでは積極的にセルビア料理を押し出して集客しようとは少しも思っていません。お客様のリクエストや気まぐれで作った時にFBに載せる程度です。HPにもセルビア料理は４名様以上で要予約と記載しています。

ところが困った事にいつしか「ネマニャはセルビア料理の店」と宣伝されたり拡散されています。お気持ちはありがたいのですが、間違えた情報を拡散されるのは正直困りますし迷惑です。

予約無しで訪れた方々に、セルビア料理の用意が無いとがっかりされたり、怒られたり、「紹介されたから来たのに！」と逆ギレされます。投稿サイトに「折角行ったのに！」とマイナスな事を書かれたりします。
どうしても食べたいと仰るお客様を断りきれず、１〜２名様用に特別にお作りする事もありますが、お料理だけ食べて何も飲まず帰られたこともあります。
先日も同じ事が起きました。「先に食事をして後からドリンクを飲みます。」と言われましたが、結果何も飲まずお食事だけされ帰られました。

ネマニャのセルビア料理＝セルビアの価格と同じ、とお考えになる方も多いです。セルビアに行かれた事がある方はわかると思いますが、例えば魚のスープ。大きなボールで飲んでも現地では300円くらいでしょう。これを日本で作るために必要な野菜、魚、スパイスなど原価で500円以上はかかります。それを600円で販売しているので人件費や光熱費を考えると下手したらマイナスです。
でもそれをセルビアに行かれた日本人の方々には「現地ではこんなに高くないのに！」と怒られます。

平均月収が４万円というセルビアの方々からするとネマニャのお会計は破格の値段でしょう。
わざわざセルビアから訪ねてきてくださった方々に申し訳ないと思い、セルビアからのゲストのお会計は毎回半額以下にしていました。これが間違えていたと思います。
その価格で紹介を受けたと思われるお客様に通常のお会計を出すと「高い！こんなの聞いていない！」と怒られます。

更にチャージについても怒られます。
セルビア料理をご希望の方には毎回「当店はバーですので席料が500円かかります。最低でもドリンク一杯は飲んでください。」と毎回ご説明をしておりますが、「おたくセルビア料理の店なんでしょ？席料なんてそんなの聞いていない！」と怒られます。

こうした事が多々あり、私も店主も疲れてきました。
特にバーテンダー歴が３０年近く、カクテルには並々ならぬ情熱と愛情を持っている店主からすると「飲み物なんていらないんだけど。一杯飲まなきゃいけないの？じゃあビールでいいや！」なんて言葉を聞くと、心底辛いのだと思います。
私もセルビア料理さえ作らなければこんな事にならないのかと、店主に申し訳ない思いで一杯になります。

夫婦二人の店で他にスタッフはおりません。仕入れ、仕込み等すべて自分達で行います。店の運営に加えてノンアルコールジンの製造販売、フェルディナンズのブランドアンバサダーとありがたい事に忙しくしております。
それ故にお客様のご要望すべてにお応えする事は、申し訳ないのですが時間的にも物理的にも不可能です。

そこでお願いです。
もしこの文章を読んでカクテルバー・ネマニャへの認識を間違えていた！と思った方は、次からセルビア料理を食べたいという方にご紹介いただく際は必ず以下をご留意くださいませ。

★セルビア料理のご予約は基本的にはコース仕立てで４名様以上で承っています。

★セルビア料理がアラカルトとしてメニューに気まぐれで登場する事もありますが、毎日必ずご用意がある訳ではありません。

★チャージ（席料）がお一人様５００円かかります。またお一人様あたりワンドリンクは必ずご注文いただいております。

一人で行った日にたまたまセルビア料理がメニューにあったので食べた。お店の一番人気のカクテルと、珍しいミクロジー・カクテルを頼んで飲んだ。日本に入荷のない限定ウイスキーも飲んだ。

プニェネ・パプリケ（パプリカの肉詰め）１２００円
リブリャ・チョルバ（魚のスープ）６００円
ジントニッキー・メルセデス（カクテル）１４００円
ディアブロ・ミンツ・ブック（カクテル）２４００円
アラリク（ドイツウイスキー）３８００円

合計９９００円

本来ならばこのような事を申し上げるのは非常に心苦しいのですが、現状が全く改善できない為苦渋の決断の上、この場を借りてお願いさせていただきます。

Yesterday, I broke down in the middle of a restaurant to Tim (unintentionally) and confided I'm just feeling so worn out physically and mentally. My emotions has just been taking me everywhere lately and I realised as much as I tried to handle everything, I was falling apart defeated from exhaustion.

I didn't want to admit I was struggling. I felt guilty because I thought it's my job as a mum to be tough for her kids. I didn't want to admit defeat by announcing I need time myself. However, some days you realise you gotta really do something for yourself. Today, Tim made me go get a facial and it meant everything after being cooped in our little apartment for 2 weeks with our moody sick children. I think it was just a mixture of everything that was building up causing me to be extra emotional. Good news is, my insomnia is better and I am starting to sleep a little more day by day. The weather is also getting warmer too so happier kids mean happier parents. My cold is much better too. The rainbow is appearing again hehe.

There is nobody in this world I would rather have a tiff with than my husband. In venting out my frustration, it right good in the moment but my husband ended up paying for it. I could not be more sorry. I did not need to share our disagreements to the world. Sometimes, I don't realise that as open as I am as a person, my husband isn't. I also need to know the fine line between my youtube life and actual real life. Youtube has become a huge part of my life and I lean on you all so much but I learnt that I gotta respect people around me. I should've known better and now I do. Some stuff really should be between husband and wife. We're going to keep it that way again. I am also reading my book all over again to reinforce myself to control my emotions.

I apologise if my childish act disappointed some of you. I want you guys to know i am far from perfect and I am still learning everyday. It's okay to make mistakes. As long as we learn from them.

We're sorry vlogs have been a bit slow. We will be catching up soon hopefully. I'm back on "writing mode". I took a 2 month break due to miscommunication with the publisher but everything is on track again which is great news. Bad news is, it means I'm spending more time in the office writing rather than editing =( Bear with us.

So yeah, we had an unexpected furry intruder last week... You guys will see how it all unfolds. WOHOO, our tree is up! However, it wasn't how we expected either.

We're at the last 6 hours of our campaign!! Together with everybody's support, we have funded enough to build 2 fully operational schools. We're 90% into the third and final school!!!!
