當年我因為迪士尼動畫《星銀島》，知道了Goo Goo Dolls這個樂團，電影的主題曲「Im still here」是我當年反覆播放的歌曲，但可惜知名度在台灣不算高，也很意外這首歌沒有收入進該樂團的任何一張精選輯裡。
我們曾經咆嘯過整個世界誤解了我們自己，但有時會發現其實是我們不曾瞭解過自己，因為不了解自己，所以我們其實並不清楚如何向這個世界陳述真實的自己，陷入了誤解彼此的無限輪迴之中。「Im still here」就是有這種無法敞開心胸的情緒存在。
但若我們一直陷入責怪世界的情緒，我們或許就很難有真正的機會了解自己。所以電影裡的小男孩踏上了旅程，讓磨難告訴他怎麼讓這世界接受真實的他，連他都很意外自己有能讓別人認同的一面。電影的片尾曲Always Know Where You Are 便是呼應了這樣的心境轉折。
