33歲台南女孩，創下最高投報率
攤開美國「主權財富基金研究所」（SWFI）的「全球家族基金排行榜」，根據這個全球最權威的政府、公共與家族基金數據追蹤機構，去年全世界最大家族基金，從比爾蓋茲到杜拜王室，共有61個基金入榜。其中，只有7個來自亞洲，沒有任何一個台灣家族。
這是一個絕少台灣人接觸到的神祕投資領域。
但，在榜上排名第8大、由已故蘋果電腦創辦人賈伯斯的家族成立的基金「愛默生集團」（Emerson Collective）中，卻有一位來自台灣的基金經理人，今年才33歲的吳欣芳。
「愛默生集團」由賈伯斯遺孀羅琳．鮑威爾（Laurene Powell）成立，兩人的長子里德（Reed Jobs）也在內部擔任健康醫療部門總監。2011年賈伯斯過世後，羅琳成為其龐大遺產的繼承人。她在去年正式宣布將鉅額資產全數投入愛默生，使其管理資產規模擴增至260億美元（約7000億台幣）。目標是透過慈善工作和「影響力投資」（impact investing），來推動教育、移民、氣候和健康醫療等領域的系統性變革。
