ซีรีส์ Loki จะเล่าเหตุการณ์ต่อเนื่องจากฉากเหล่า Avengers ย้อนเวลาใน Avengers: Endgame โดย 'โลกิ' (Tom Hiddleston) หลบหนีการจับตัวพร้อมกับขโมย Space Stone (Tesseract) มาได้ ทำให้เกิดเป็นไทม์ไลน์ใหม่ เป็นโลกิเวอร์ชั่นไม่ได้ปรากฎตัวใน Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok, และไม่ได้สู้กับธานอสใน Avengers: Infinity War หรืออธิบายอีกแบบคือเป็นโลกิเวอร์ชั่นต่อเนื่องจากหนัง The Avengers (2012) โดยตรงเลย

เอาจริง ๆ ระหว่างดูช่วงแรกรู้สึกเฉยมาก อย่าง EP.1 ก็ปูพื้นนานเต็มตอน พอเข้า EP.2 ก็ยังรู้สึกธรรมดา โชว์ความไว้ใจไม่ได้ของโลกิกับความต้องการพิสูจน์ว่าตัวเองถูกประมาณนั้น อาจมีมุมเหมือนหนังสืบสวนที่ต้องคิดเหมือนอาชญากร เรื่องมันไม่ได้ดูว้าวหรือสดใหม่แบบตอนดู WandaVision แต่พอเข้า EP.3 มันเหมือนโทนเรื่องเปลี่ยนไปโดยไม่รู้ตัว อยู่ดี ๆ เริ่มเห็นพัฒนาการของโลกิเล็กน้อยและบรรยากาศการเล่าเรื่องคู่กัดระหว่างโลกิ กับ 'ซิลวี่' (Sophia Di Martino) ก็มีเสน่ห์โรแมนติกแบบไม่ตั้งใจเกินไป พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์จากความไม่ไว้วางใจและเงื่อนไขต้องเกาะติดกันไปตลอด (คนนึงมีเทมแพดสำหรับวาร์ป อีกคนรู้วิธีซ่อมพลังงาน) กลายเป็นว่าซีรีส์เซ็ตประเด็นของตัวเองสำเร็จจนได้
