With the combined stress of a global pandemic and the continuing injustices affecting the Black community, I needed to remind myself to breathe.
As a part of the community, I wanted to provide some peace for myself and for others. I sat at my harp to calm myself through improvisation, and "Breathe" is what took form. I am sharing this song in hopes that it can help you find temporary peace and breathe.
