Resident Evil 4 arrives on PlayStation®4 and Xnox One in full 1080p HD with an increased frame rate on 30th August, 2016. This revolutionary masterpiece represented a turning point for the series as it brought the gameplay to a third-person over-the-shoulder perspective for the first time. Featuring a thrilling storyline taking place after the destruction of Umbrella Corporation, Resident Evil 4 not only changed the course of Resident Evil, but influenced countless other titles as well.

In Resident Evil 4, U.S. agent Leon S. Kennedy must investigate the kidnapping of the President’s daughter by a mysterious cult known as Los Illuminados. Leon’s search brings him to a rural village in Europe, where he encounters a horde of unimaginable horrors and must fight to uncover who or what is behind it all.

確認新的戰鬥MAP及The Experiment模式的存在！

遊戲現公布更多內容, 包括名為「The Village」(起源之村)和「TRICELL HQ」的兩個地圖(MAP)。以及「The Experiment」這個單人遊戲模式。「The Village」是以『Resident Evil 4』開場的村莊為舞台的戰鬥地圖, 而「TRICELL HQ」則以『Resident Evil 5』中登場的「TRICELL」企業而命名。兩款地圖的結構不同, 「The Village」有多個建築物提供不同作戰策略所需的地理形勢, 而「TRICELL HQ」以地方廣闊的建築物作為舞台, 用牆壁和門劃分出多個區域, 是團隊協力合作的重要地圖之一。

新的遊戲模式「The Experiment」則是以受雇於神秘組織的傭兵 (玩家) 為主角的1人遊戲專用模式。以極高報酬受雇的你繼續挑戰超過20個被稱為“實驗” 的最艱難作戰任務....此外, 登場的生化怪物包括喪屍, 地獄犬 (Cerberus)及加納多 (Ganado), 敬請期待!

Here comes more update of『Resident Evil UMBRELLA CORPS』which will be available in PlayStation®4 & PC in May 2016.

Firstly, we would like to introduce 2 MAPs, which called "The Village" & "TRICELL HQ". "The Village" is the village appeared in "Resident Evil 4" where the US Agent Leon visited to investigate the disappearance of the president's daughter at the beginning of the game. "TRICELL HQ" is named after the famous company called "TRICELL" in "Resident Evil 5". "The Village" MAP is an area with many buildings, while "TRICELL HQ" MAP shows building with a vast site, they both allow players to play the game with variety of battle strategy.

Secondly, the exist of "The Experiment" Mode has been confirmed. It is a single play mode, which requires players to finish more than 20 appointed missions in extremely tough condition with limited equipment while facing tons of creatures. For creatures, Zombie, Cerberus & Ganado will exist in this game.

The Umbrella Corporation and its crop of lethal viruses have been destroyed and contained. But a new, more dangerous threat has emerged. Years after surviving the events in Raccoon City, Chris Redfield has been fighting the scourge of bio-organic weapons all over the world. Now a member of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), Chris is sent to Africa to investigate a biological agent that is transforming the populace into aggressive and disturbing creatures. Joined by another local BSAA agent, Sheva Alomar, the two must work together to solve the truth behind the disturbing turn of events.

This game is a port of the Games for Windows - Live version that was released in 2009. If you buy the Untold Stories Bundle here on Steam, it will be the same as upgrading to Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition.
