係蘇格蘭運咗d Islay泥煤及煙燻咗嘅大麥返來，今晚又係LKF酒店為Wine Luxe做威士忌speaker，分享點解威士忌有煙燻味，又分享下唔同區嘅威士忌特色，今晚有成47支威士忌，大部分來自蘇格蘭，仲有美國、捷克同瑞士，大家都試得好happy, 又對泥煤好有興趣，好多人同泥煤影相！😆
Happy to be the whisky speaker at LKF hotel again for Wine Luxe Whisky Saloon. I showed our guests d peat & peated malt that I brought back from Islay and shared why some whiskies taste smoky/peaty. I also shared about the different characters of different regions. We have 47 whiskies to try tonite, mainly Scotch, some r from USA, Czech & Switzerland. All guests r v happy & many of them take photos w d peat!😆
