#บทความนี้ยาวหน่อยถ้าขี้เกียจอ่านเลื่อนลงไปข้างล่างมีสรุปสั้นๆให้
สารสำคัญๆที่ทำให้กาแฟ พิเศษ คือ คาเฟอีนครับ
ไม่พูดพล่ามทำเพลง ขอเริ่มเลยนะ
#งานวิจัยที่1 ให้คนมากินคาเฟอีน ปริมาณ 6mg ต่อน้ำหนักตัว 1kg แล้วให้ไปปั่นจักรยาน 1 ชั่วโมง (ถ้าเป็นผม หนัก 80kg ต้องกิน 480 mg = กาแฟ 9 แก้ว แต่พวกนี้ส่วนใหญ่ให้กินเป็นเม็ดครับ) ผลคือ กลุ่มที่กินคาเฟอีน มีอัตราการนำไขมันออกมาแตกตัวอยู่ในกระแสเลือดเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่ากลุ่มที่ไม่ได้กิน
#งานวิจัยที่2 ให้คนกินคาเฟอีนเพิ่ม 100-400mg ผลที่ได้คือ อัตราการเผาผลาญ เพิ่มขึ้นตามปริมาณที่กิน แต่ใน Dose ที่สูง ก็ทำให้ความดันขึ้นด้วย
#งานวิจัยที่3 พบว่าเมื่อกินคาเฟอีนปุป Insulin Sensitivity ต่ำลง (เดี๋ยวมาคุยกันโอกาสหน้า เรื่องนี้ยาว) เอาง่ายๆ คือทั้ง 3 งาน ชี้มาทางเดียวกันว่า มันช่วยเอาไขมันออกมาใช้ และช่วยเผาผลาญได้
#แต่ต้องใช้ในปริมาณที่เยอะพอสมควร คือตั้งแต่ 200-400mg
หมายความว่าถ้าจะกินจากกาแฟ คือต้องกิน 4 แก้ว - 8 แก้ว
กาแฟ 1 แก้ว มีคาเฟอีนประมาณ 50-60 mg
ปัญหาคือ กาแฟลดน้ำหนักบางตัว มีพลังงาน (เมื่อวานไปดูหลังกล่องมาแล้ว 1 แก้วมันมี 60 Kcal ถ้าต้องกิน 4-8 แก้ว จะได้รับพลังงาน 240-480 Kcal เพราะมันมีน้ำตาลกับไขมันปนๆมาด้วย
กลายเป็นว่าถ้ากินในปริมาณที่งานวิจัยบอกว่าจะได้ผล อาจจะอ้วนเพราะ Calorie ที่ดื่มเข้าได้ซะงั้น
แต่ถ้าจะกินกาแฟดำ ในปริมาณขนาดนั้น (ผมเคยกินมากสุด 16 ช้อนโต๊ะ ไม่ได้ชงเป็นแก้วนะ คืออัดใส่กระติกน้ำร้อน แล้วกินทั้งวัน)
ผลที่ได้คือ #ฟันเป็นคราบ
แต่ทางออกของผมคือ สั่ง Caffeine อัดเม็ดมาจากเมืองนอก (เม็ดนึง 200mg สะใจมาก กินทีนี่ตาถลน) ปัญหาคือ บ้านเราไม่มีขาย (จะมีในรูปแบบยาแก้ไมเกรน มี 100mg แต่... ผมไม่แนะนำให้กิน)
#ดังนั้นเราขอสรุปดังนี้
คาเฟอีนในปริมาณมากๆ ช่วยเผาผลาญไขมันพอได้ แต่ไม่ได้ถึงขนาด กินแล้วผอมเลย เพราะยังไงก็ต้องออกกำลังกายอยู่ดี
ปัญหาคือปริมาณคาเฟอีนที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยแล้วได้ผล มันเยอะกว่าที่คนทั่วไปกินกัน
ที่น่าเป็นห่วงคือในคนที่มีปัญหา ความเสี่ยงความดัน กินเข้าไปเยอะๆขนาดนั้น #แพทย์ไม่แนะนำ!
สรุป กินกาแฟ อย่างพอดีๆ ถ้าอยากหุ่นดี ออกกำลังไปด้วย คุมอาหารไปด้วย ได้ผลแน่นอน
เสริม: ในงานวิจัยแรก เค้าให้ปั่นจักรยานช้าๆ ที่ 65% ของ Max Effort (คือปั่นเกือบชิล) เป็นเวลา 1 ชั่วโมง... ใครอยากลดไขมันก็ไปลองปั่นตามเค้าได้ครับ
