...Continue ReadingThe book that I have invested in one row. It's done.
There is a book week during this period.
I believe that everyone has bought many books.
But didn't read..
There will be a few books that I read until the end.
The reason everyone claims is no time..
Actually, I'm not wrong.. but because the book I bought is not enough to read.
It can't pull us to read until the end.
If we find a book we really care about
Just a few hours and finish reading.
And we can tell a scene from that book.
If you ask me what book is invested in man, read in one row. End.
One of them is this book..
"Rinen"
This book is written by Dr. Krit pong thanapeng or master ket. @[272385739598280:274: Ketu wdī Marumura]
The essence of this book is to tell about the concept of Japanese companies how the company will last for hundreds of years.
From Nick K Ibp Magazine, a company that is over 200 years old around the world. Sort as follows.
3) France 331 companies
2) Germany 1,563 companies
1) Japan 3,113 companies
If you go back 200 years, it's the reign of King Rama 2 in Thailand..
This book will compare 2 types of companies in the world.
It's 1. Pine 2. Bamboo trees.
Bamboo trees grow fast but die fast. It's like a company that only cares about sales in front of me but not looking at sustainability.
Pine Tree is a little slow but longevity. This company has a similar idea is to see the importance of customers, partners and employees. It is to make others happy. Finally, we will get good things back.
The most tripping thing in the book is about the company making chalk board.
The teacher of the school who has contacted the company 3 times until the owner of the company accepts intellectual impaired children to work.
The interesting thing is that kids have to travel long distance. Take a bus to train, continue walking for a kilo to work.
The owner of the company is surprised that the kid never stopped once. This kid can choose to stay at school, play games, meet other friends comfortably. No need to work. Why do I have to take a tight train to work like this every day
He kept this question in his heart until one day went to a funeral and told a monk.
So the monk explains that
Humans will feel very happy at the following.
- be loved by others
- get compliments from others
- I feel that I am useful to others.
- I feel like I am in need of others.
Everything that says is what kids get from working at your company.
Finally, this company has received 53 intellectual impaired employees from 73 employees in the company.
Maybe that's because intellectually impaired employees value more work than normal people.
When I finish reading this book
It makes me realize that
Sometimes our world is weird
Many people want to work and have a lot of money to retire. No need to work comfortably.
But for retired or non-working people will make you feel worthless.
These days, there are many people who feel difficult. I feel like they don't want
Actually might have to rethink that
What we do is because it's a duty to day.
Or do it because we think it's valuable
Some people only think about finding what they like. What is their passion.
In fact, valuable things may not be about us.
But it's making others happy
Whether it's working in a chalk factory, writing boards.
Whether it's taxi driving people
Whether it's making sweets for others to taste.
Every job has value that meets other people's needs.
No matter how difficult it is, how far it is.
No need to get the most money. The Most profit.
Making benefits for 1 others
It's better than we just count money and breathe for day..Translated

Direct flights from Fukuoka to Hanoi only take 3.5~4 hours, and run every Tuesday and Saturday, so when Tatsu got 5 days holiday, we knew exactly how we wanted to spend it.
We spent 2 days in Old Quarter, in the heart of Hanoi City, eating all the food, sightseeing, and hanging out with the cool volunteer tour guides from Hanoi Kids ( http://hanoikids.org/ ). I mention that everything is cheap in Vietnam, but to give you an idea of just how cheap, our centrally located Hotel was $28 USD a night, for a room much bigger than any $100 hotel in Japan.
A bowl of Pho will cost about $2 USD. Tatsu and I could have a filling lunch for about $5 USD. Vietnamese Beer costs about $1 USD, and is a welcoming refreshment on a hot day.
Taxis can scam you, so you'll have to be careful and make sure they use the metre when you are riding, but we could get around town for on average, $3-4 USD per ride. Much cheaper than what we pay in Japan. The 40 minute drive to the airport cost $15 USD by Taxi. In Japan you'd expect to pay much, much more for the distance.
For our entire trip we budgeted $300 USD for spending for the two of us ($150 usd each), and we still had money left over by the time we got to the airport to fly back to Fukuoka. We aren't budget travellers and don't try to save money, so if you are someone who prefers to spend less money, it's definitely possible.
Then we took a tour to Halong Bay, a Unesco World Heritage Site, featuring over 1,600 islands. The scale was so vast and incredible, and the tour was really relaxing and a well-deserved break from our busy life in Japan. (Did I mention we had no WiFi, so we were totally disconnected during those two days as well!)
We booked with AClass Tours, and although we booked the "Legend" cruise, we got upgraded to the "Stella Cruise", which was more expensive, nicer bedroom, for no extra cost. ($120 USD for each of us.) The $120 each covered the 3.5 hour shuttle bus round trip, accommodation on the boat (beautiful ocean-view suite), all the national park entry fees (maze cave, floating village), four meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, lunch), free wine tasting on ship, and even my visa letter. (Canadians need to apply for a visa before arriving in Vietnam, Japanese don't. The company I booked through took care of my Visa letter for free with reservation of the cruise.)
I booked on https://www.bestpricevn.com/halongbaycruises/
(This isn't sponsored by the way, I'm just writing this all down because when I was planning the trip I had a really hard time figuring out all this stuff myself. Hopefully this helps anyone who wants to plan their own trip!)
