訓練用的APP手機搜尋Tabata就有很多了
選個你自己喜歡的就可以開始👍
整個過程是五個禮拜
第一週先適應跳繩到可以連跳為止,每天花個3-5分鐘
第二週開始才是正式訓練的第一週,熱身訓練各5分鐘
往後固定熱身5分鐘每隔一週訓練加5分鐘
到最後第四週訓練時間就維持20分鐘
訓練跟休息秒數一開始建議一樣,以免太過激烈而受傷
到後半段再調整休息秒數為訓練秒數的一半,像我就是20秒/10秒
動作設計可以自己看想要什麼動作就加入
但跳繩還是主要動作不能少於半數
利用跳繩來訓練手眼協調是非常棒的
另外BMI超過30的人建議不要做太多跳動的動作
先從飲食控制來降低體重到一定的程度再開始訓練
不然你的膝蓋可能跳一跳就爆掉了。
