A veteran of boxing fights all over the world, John is a former Irish champion and WBF Australasian Super Middleweight Champion. He is now boxing coach to many of the top fighters in the world, including UFC bantamweight king Petr Yan. 「 #我想做些什麼可以留下來。」

某天閒聊時，佳佳唱片的忠哥對我說了這句話，很平凡，但也很浪漫，特別是在音樂實體不是人們生活必需品的這個年代裡。

就這樣，心裡突然熱血了起來。

我一直都很羨慕日本音樂市場上至今仍可以持續出版各類音樂工具書不說，還有Rockin’ On Japan、Rolling Stone Japan、Music Magazine、Record Collector、Ele-king…等各類實體音樂期刊出版販售。但是，更難得的「神話」，是日本Tower Records繼續發行著免費月刊雜誌bounce，而最終這也成為壓垮我們的理智線的最後一根稻草（笑）。

於是，台北市兩間存在已久的實體唱片行： 佳佳唱片行 與 M＠M Records 四樓唱片行，決定合作催生出這本台灣市場上久違的實體音樂刊物 ［ 佳 ］音文樂刊，並直接由我「重操舊業」擔任主編。

既然在這個時代發行紙本音樂雜誌已經夠任性了，一開始規劃的時候，我索性更任性（？）一點，決定封面一概不用任何照片，而是邀來好友插畫藝術家 Johnnp，為每次的封面人物繪製圖像，讓每期封面有統一的調性，也增加收藏實體雜誌的價值。

有了這樣任性的決定後，我接著邀請另一位好友、也是大家所熟悉的設計大師 方序中，與他的設計團隊究方社一起操刀，為我所構思的封面調性，設計出了我很喜愛的標準字。

最終呈現出來的封面感覺，大家還喜歡嗎？
