繼NATURA : 後，窩夫要介紹另一間灣仔的 #人氣咖啡店 Latter Cafe。
貝果、鬆餅和蛋糕都很吸引，各具特色。飲品的選擇也不少。
窩夫點了Flat White ($45)，拉花很美，味道也合窩夫口味。
食物方面，窩夫最終選了 #芒果糯米飯戚風蛋糕($58)，從來沒有想過芒果糯米飯可以跟戚風蛋糕扯上關係，一個很有趣的組合，芒果香甜，糯米飯球大小適中，軟硬亦適中，戚風蛋糕夠鬆軟，淋上椰汁令味道更豐富。

Bagel係罌粟籽bagel 帶微微鹹香而且罌粟籽增添咗點口感 不過個bagel嚼勁較一般 比較似麵包🧐內裏嘅餡料分量就超級慷慨 炒蛋幾濕潤 牛油果有成大半個 creamy質感入口綿滑 配鹹香嘅煙三文魚味道剛好😚

カワサキ・Z1000（ぜっとせん）は、川崎重工業（カワサキ） が発売した輸出市場向けのロードスポーツタイプ大型自動二輪車。 1970年代後半から1980年代にかけて発売された空冷エンジンのモデルと、2000年代に発売された水冷エンジンのモデルがあるが、1000ccクラスの並列4気筒DOHCエンジンを搭載するロードスポーツモデルというカテゴリー以外は共通点は少ない。
空冷エンジンのZ1000

1976年に発売された、Z1およびZ900の流れを汲む空冷並列4気筒DOHCエンジンを搭載するスポーツタイプの大型二輪車。初代モデルの型式はZ1000-A1で、1977年モデルの扱い。 Z900のフレームやエンジンなどの基本構成をほぼそのまま受け継ぎ、排気量が拡大された。それまで特徴とされていた4本マフラーが2本マフラーとなった点が外観上の特徴である。 1978年にモデルチェンジが行われ、Z1000MKIIとなる。

Z1000MKIIの後継機種として、1980年に発売されたモデル（1981年モデルとなる）。フレームは新設計、エンジンはベースは同じだが大規模なブラッシュアップが施された。 車名はZ1000だが、紛らわしいために型式を用いてZ1000Jと呼ばれることが一般化している。 AMAスーパーバイクシリーズでエディ・ローソンが優勝したレーサーマシンのベースになったこと、同じくその優勝を記念して発売されたZ1000R、いわゆるローソンレプリカのベースになったことで有名である。

It is famous because it became basic of the racer machine that Eddie Lawson won the championship by the AMA superbike series, and it became Z1000R put on the market similarly in commemoration of the victory, so-called the base of the Lawson replica,
