Tonight, i hold you a little longer after I've fed you. Just quietly watching you as you breathe deeply in my arms, sound asleep. Once again, it's just you and me in our little world in the darkness, as our heart beat to the same rhythm. i hold you tight as i caress your face and gently trace your little nose with my fingers. I hold you just a few minutes longer before i put you back into your cot.
This week's been a struggle as i deliberated over sleep training you or not. My weak heart can't bear to hear you cry the way you do, when i know all you need is for me to hold you, for you to smell me. As you learn about relationship in leap 6, you're now more clingy to me. Where it was possible for someone else to put you back to sleep, you now refuse everyone else but me.
When the going get tough, i repeatedly remind myself that this wouldn't last forever. Someday will be the last day, and it'll come sooner than i realize. Someday, I'll look back at this period of time of broken sleep, and it'll all be just a distant memory. Some day, I'll miss being able to connect with you like this, in this most primitive way of providing comfort for you.
But for now, I choose to live in the power of the present, taking one night a time, blocking out the noise of what the society expects of a 'good baby'.

Four years since their last album in 2016, Marihiko Hara Studio & Polar M return with a breathtakingly beautiful 4-tracks EP. The duo has been travelling and working together a lot before the pandemic strike. However, since April in 2020 like many of us, they have been staying at home most of the time.
During a challenging time like this, listening and composing new music has again become a sanctuary for them. Although physically separated, both started to share some musical sketches and ideas via file swapping. Before long, a brand new EP was born.
This EP, entitled 'Our Season', is the 1st instalment of the 'Music for Home' series curated by mü-nest label - a series that focuses on home-listening music that reflects the mood and feelings of our daily life during this unprecedented period in pandemic. And what a great way to start the series, with the duo's exquisite music reminding us about joy and hope in life.
These 4 tracks, crafted with the duo's signature elegant piano notes and heartfelt guitar lines, resemble the state of their minds during the pandemic period - delicate, quiet, but ready to rise whenever the time comes.
'They are like the preserved energy in the soil, ready for the next spring,' the duo added. The current challenging time may continue for a while. While we are leaning against the wall, Marihiko Hara & Polar M's music resembles a window, for us to see and imagine the landscapes beyond, and remind us that our season will come again, for us to share and cherish.
This EP was mastered by Tokyo renowned mastering engineer / recording artist Chihei Hatakeyama.

A wise woman once said to me, always count your blessings. And only then will you be happy and appreciate what life has to offer. I am truly humbled to be given this great opportunity to be featured as one of Kotex 100 Years with 100 amazing Malaysian superwomen 2020. She took a leap of faith into acting, and landed a lead role straight out of high school. But there were no shortcuts or easy fame. She dealt with stereotypes and culture shock, because the industry had a tendency to paint women in vulnerable, powerless roles. But ever patient and tough, Siti rose in the industry, getting people to notice her. She was devoted to her goals, never giving up, and learning from experience. Soon, she was given the opportunity to be an international sports brand ambassador! It taught her to respect herself enough to go for what she wanted, and by being unstoppable, Siti now motivates others as a role model for the younger generation.

The power clean is a very effective movement to develop power. When done right it is a great way to train the extension of your ankles, knees and hips (Triple Extension) However, this movement is often very difficult to get right and therefore injury may occur. Today, we teach an easy progression that can be trained in a shorter period of time than normal. Please remember that as team sport athletes, our goal is to get certain effects out of the movements that we use, olympic lifting is a sport within itself and therefore, we will never be able to perform these lifts as professional lifters do. Get this movement right and watch your speed, quickness and vertical leap get better and better!
