我動作是一個很慢的人
有時候會因為感覺世界與我是不同的步調而感到沮喪、不知所措
擔心自己會不會因此錯過進而被淘汰
但看到自己前進一小步，當下還是很開心，並告訴與鼓勵自己是可以的
也提醒自己，要趕而不急
繼續學習提高效率與專注力吧！

I’m a slow person.
Comparing with the speedy pace of the society, I’ll sometimes panic and don’t know what to do. It comes to a point that I’ll be concerned of being left behind and, eventually, be eliminated.
But it still brings me joy whenever I saw an improvement. Got to remind myself of not to rush.
