在迎接臺灣走向「#第二次館博時代」到來的此時此刻，建築師劉培森與他的團隊，扮演舉足輕重角色。他是高雄「#內惟藝術中心」設計者，也在臺中城市文化館國際競圖的225位競爭者中，脫穎而出，與日本 SANAA / 妹島和世 + 西澤立衛，共創中臺灣水湳經貿重劃區的「綠美圖」。9月「臺北市音樂與圖書中心」的二度招標與明年1月的北美館新館建築與藝術園區，劉培森團隊當仁不讓。 劉培森建築師事務所 Ricky Liu & Associates Architects+Planners 開業以來，劉培森與他的團隊，共參加過38件國際競標，以42%的獲勝率，取得16次的首獎，總計獲得設計競圖前兩名的機率高達71%，這樣的成績，已經是國內建築業界的佼佼者，堪稱常勝軍。劉培森自詡為「對土地有使命感」的臺灣建築師，不但沒有懷憂喪志的權利，他與團隊更是愈挫愈勇，繼續用專業與實力證明：臺灣不小，建築師不差。
